THE COMMITMENT This is a volunteer leadership position requiring 10+ hours per week and year-round availability, engagement through phone calls, video conferences, written correspondence, and direct coordination with Team Leaders and athletes. Turn the hurt into gasoline and use it to build something positive: your strongest mind, your healthiest body, your deepest peace, and your best life. Let kindness, hope, and faith guide you, not bitterness. No revenge.
