For the past 3 weeks, I’ve been swapping out my regular coffee creamer for @1stphorm Salted Caramel Collagen.

One thing I have noticed since adding it to my routine is that I’m not waking up with the same joint aches and stiffness I used to.

One of the main reasons I wanted to start taking collagen was to help support my joints, tendons, and ligaments, especially with how active I am.

Plus, getting an extra 15g of protein in my morning coffee is an easy way to get a head start on my daily protein goal.

Not every change we make has to be something big to make a difference. Sometimes it’s as simple as making a small adjustment to something we already do every day!

🩵 Happy 2nd Anniversary to B.Fierce! 🩵

Two years of hard work, sacrifice, love, laughter, sweat, tears, and so much growth!
Here’s a little glimpse of some of my amazing clients who I couldn’t be more proud of. They all have different journeys, but one thing they share is DETERMINATION! Watching them grow stronger, both physically and mentally, is what makes every long day worth it.
I’ve worked the equivalent of 2.5 full-time jobs over these past two years, and I wouldn’t change a single thing. I genuinely look forward to seeing every client, every single day. They’ve given me just as much as I’ve given them.
I’m forever grateful for my small circle of friends who have supported and believed in me, and to 1st Phorm, for being part of my journey from the very beginning. What started as my own health journey grew into becoming a Legionnaire and now a proud retailer. I’m beyond thankful for the relationships, opportunities, and support along the way.
B.Fierce is more than just a gym. It’s my heart, my passion, and a dream that became reality because of the people who believed in me.
Two years later, my body is tired, but my heart is full. 🩵
Thank you for being part of my journey. Here’s to many more years of doing hard things and growing stronger together!

I think we all have things in life we want to accomplish, but sometimes we get so caught up in where we want to be that we forget to appreciate the work it takes to get there.

It is not always going to be easy, and you are not always going to feel motivated.
Life gets busy, things come up, and sometimes progress takes longer than we would like.

But that does not mean you stop working towards what you want.

Whatever that goal looks like for you, do not be afraid to go after it.
You might surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.

Still dealing with lower back pain, but you know what? That’s not stopping me! I’m modifying my exercises and using lighter weights to avoid hurting myself while still showing up for ME 💪🏾🔥. And that my friend is what @1stphorm has taught me. Just keep showing up and don’t let that inner bitch voice get the best of me! Not gonna just lay around and be sorry for myself.

Progress isn’t always about lifting heavier or going harder. Sometimes it’s about listening to your body, making adjustments and staying consistent 👊🏾!

DON’T GIVE UP. DON’T STOP. JUST KEEP SHOWING UP! 💯 One day at a time!
