You don’t need more motivation. You need to stop waiting for it.

Because motivation is a feeling.

And feelings come and go.

Some mornings you wake up ready to conquer the world.

Other mornings?

Getting out of bed feels like the accomplishment.

I’ve learned something about growth.

You won’t always feel ready.

You won’t always feel confident.

You won’t always believe in yourself.

And you definitely won’t always feel motivated.

Do it anyway.

Because the people you admire for their discipline?

They have hard days too.

They get tired.

They get discouraged.

They question themselves.

The difference is they learned how to keep moving.

Even when the motivation disappeared.

So if you’re trying to change your life, start smaller.

Get up.

Make the call.

Take the walk.

Finish the workout.

Send the email.

Apply for the opportunity.

Drink the water.

Clean the room.

Do ONE thing your future self will thank you for.

Then tomorrow?

Do it again.

Small actions create consistency.

Consistency creates discipline.

Discipline creates confidence.

And confidence comes from proving to yourself that you can keep your word to YOU.

You don’t have to change your entire life today.

You just have to stop letting another day pass without taking a step toward the life you want.

So here’s the challenge:

For the next 30 days, do ONE thing every single day that moves you forward.

No perfection.

No comparison.

Just progress.

Ready?

Comment “MOTIVATED” if you’re joining the challenge. 🔥

Happiest of YOU days, my Liko! You are a Rockstar and a Boss Babe, and I hope all your birthday wishes come true! Sorry I was late, but you know... working girl and all 😜... Much love to Robbie and Joey, and all my family at Scarlet Honolulu who know how to throw a party and keep it going! And of course, shameless plug for my DenDen. DJ DesAiko was in full beast mode! Love you all so hardcore!

4/4 for my 44th was pure 🔥! The show went off, the crowd brought nonstop energy, and the ladies left it ALL on the stage! Huge thanks to my amazing performers for showing up and showing OUT, you made it unforgettable! Big love to the gogos for keeping the vibe lit, DJ Emvee for keeping the energy all the way UP, and the bar staff for keeping the drinks flowing 🍸. To everyone who came through and showed love, the energy was unreal and I’m beyond grateful. This is 44, and the year’s just getting started!

This is our grateful era.

Earth grounding us.
Fire burning in our hearts.
Water flowing all around us.
Air carrying every promise we made.
Love holding it all together.

Sealed with a kiss —
and forever changed.

So lucky to have been included in such an incredible wedding. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing your love in its effortless, unfiltered, everyday form at home. Seeing that same love glowing in such a beautiful venue is something I’ll never forget. Love you both so much, congrats angels.

If ever in Mexico 🇲🇽 @cocobongoshow is where the party was really at. I was so impressed by the venue, the staff, the performances. Probably the best club I’ve been to my entire life. Blows Vegas out the door. #Cancun #CocoBongo #Mexico
