This is bigger than a workout.

This is an ALL MEN’S MOVEMENT.

Created by former NFL offensive lineman turned Transformation Coach Justin Cheadle, 100 Men Vs Gorilla was built to bring men together who are committed to becoming better — PHYSICALLY. MENTALLY. SPIRITUALLY.

Every event starts the same way:

🙏🏾 PRAYER.
We pray for each other. Our families. Our lives. And we give gratitude to God.

💪🏾 WE TRAIN.
Men pushing men. Brothers refusing to let brothers quit. IRON SHARPENS IRON.

🍽️ WE BREAK BREAD.
We sit together, build relationships and hear from guest speakers who pour wisdom, experience and LIFE into the men in the room.

But what makes this movement special is what happens AFTER the workout.

BROTHERHOOD.

Men leaving with other men in their corner who will challenge them, support them, hold them accountable and push them to become better husbands, fathers, leaders and MEN.

The mission is simple:

Let’s Recap Round 6 of 100 Men Vs The Gorilla 🦍🔥

First off — clap it up for every single man who showed up! That alone deserves a standing ovation because honestly… most men who don’t come say “it’s too early” 🤣 Weak ass excuse. But truthfully, that tells me everything I need to know about the type of men we’re building this with.

100 Men Vs The Gorilla isn’t for lazy men. Period.

These men got up early, showed discipline, and put in work — not just for themselves, but for the brothers around them. Men chasing elevation in every area of life. That’s why we celebrate them.

The guest speakers absolutely killed it @kc_fit_results @jo_the_machine @paulh112_ifbbpro . These 3 men poured real wisdom into the room — from building your body, business, mindset, and discipline… to becoming better fathers, husbands, brothers, and leaders while facing adversity head on. Every man there walked away with something valuable.

As always, the vendors came through and did their thing! The music, pictures, merchandise, food, and services all added to the experience and energy. We appreciate every single one of you for continuing to support what we’re building.

And mannnn… the tacos afterward?! 🌮🔥
Shoutout to @ah_carbon_tacos because the men definitely tore those UP after the workout 😂

Last but definitely not least… that damn Gorilla 🦍🤣 brought the vibes AGAIN and kept the energy at an all-time high all morning long.

To say the least — Round 6 was a SUCCESS.

Now we regroup, reload, and level up before we run it back on 6/20. Trust me… we’re already thinking of ways to make this even BIGGER and BETTER.

Brotherhood is being built in real time. Iron sharpens iron. See y’all at the next one 💪🏾

April wasn’t just a month… it was a STATEMENT.

We added a dog to the family 🐶
We took home a Bodybuilding WIN 🏆
We locked in a family vacation 🌴
We went to war with a Gorilla 🦍
We built a real Brotherhood 🤝🏾

And that’s barely scratching the surface…

Everything you’re seeing now?
It was built in January.
Refined in February.
Tested in March.

April just proved it works.

Round 5 of 100 Men vs Gorilla… yeah, this one set the tone 🔥

Hands down our best one yet. The energy, the brotherhood, the work — everything leveled up. We grew from Round 4 and it’s clear now… there’s a certain standard, a certain type of man that shows up for this.

And the All Men’s Yoga? Didn’t even know we needed that — but it hit. Big time.
Appreciate you Sean for bringing that experience to the men.

Shoutout to all the vendors who continue to show love and support — we don’t take that lightly.

And yeah… we really had a gorilla in the building 🦍

This is bigger than a workout. This is a movement.

Where do I even start…

Round 5 of 100 Men Vs Gorilla wasn’t just hype—
it was a statement 🔥

The workout? Did exactly what it was supposed to do—
break you down and build you back up.

My former teammate, former NFL player Sean Cattouse came through and delivered something different…
ALL MEN’S YOGA—and I’m telling you right now, a lot of men didn’t know how much they needed that.

The DJ had the building alive.
Energy was unmatched.
New faces stepped in.
Brothers came back.

The food hit. 🔥

But what stood out the most…
was the conversation.

Men had space to speak.
To open up.
To be heard.

It got so real I had to cut it short just so people could actually go home…

That’s when I knew—
this is bigger than a workout.

This is brotherhood.
This is accountability.
This is men choosing to level up—together.

And yeah… we had a gorilla in the building 🦍

But the real power?
Was the men in the room becoming something greater.

I’m not stopping this.
I can’t.

Because men need this.
And truthfully… I need this too.

Appreciate every single man who pulled up.
Y’all showed up and showed OUT.

Round 6…
we’re going even bigger.
