Motherhood has a way of asking us to surrender to the season we’re in. For Marianne, pregnancy with her second baby has meant stepping back from her creative business, letting go of expectations and giving herself permission to focus on motherhood.

What happens when we stop measuring our days by how much we get done? For artist and mother Marianne, this pregnancy has been a lesson in slowing down, letting go of the need to always be productive and allowing herself to simply be present.

Now that I’m on the other side of pregnancy I’ve had a bit of time to think about the outfits that took me through ~ pre, during and post. I realised that due to my natural love for comfort, a huge portion of my pieces work with a changing body. I didn’t need to design pieces for myself during this phase because it turns out I already had! This inspired my recent shoot with the lovely @mroussety and @raynjermain

I’m so excited to share this release and so grateful to have been able to work with Marianne and Ben on this 🤍
