When we started this company 10 years ago it was simply because this simple ☕️ saved me
I just wanted to share that feeling with others

A day in the life as a #WEGYMPro Team Instructor. 🤍

Some days I have to remind myself just how fortunate I am to do what I love. My days are filled with movement, teaching, learning, and most importantly, connecting with people.

This day was a particularly special one, I knew I was partnering with Awaken, Perk Energy and Halle Simons for this new Sugar Cookie Flavor 😍 but what I didn’t know… that after this event, I was going to be left speechless. 🥲

Yesterday reminded me of one of my most important beliefs… relationships make life more fulfilling. & this belief shows up in what I value.

What I value most as an instructor is: the people who continue to show up.
Not just for the movement, but for themselves and for one another.
Life brings its fair share of unpredictable moments, and I think there’s something really special about having a community to move through those moments with.
Beyond the physical practice.. It’s about connection, creating space for ourselves, and reminding each other that we don’t have to navigate everything alone.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the WEGYM team, surrounded by people who believe in the power of movement and community just as much as I do.

What a life. And what a gift to share it with so many wonderful people. 🙏🏼🫶🏼

I wanted to share something personal with you.

Gary and I got married during one of the hardest seasons of my life. We were blending two families, and some mornings I was barely holding it together.

So Gary started making me something.

Caffeine, protein, nourishment, all in one mug, ready before I even asked. It truly felt like a hug in a mug.

He hasn’t missed a morning since.

That’s Perk. Not a supplement. Not a trend.

I’ve never seen my girl work so hard and be so happy. She was truly glowing!
Wish I could’ve filmed Hamlet and Troilus & Cressida, you need to go see them. All 3 Greenshows are free! She does all 5 performances every single week through the summer. Who’s coming with me in August?
The only thing to make this weekend better would be more kids & grandkids 🫶🏼

This girl 🫶🏼 blessing our family for almost a decade! I truly couldn’t have picked a better partner for my son, sister to our kids, daughter to me and mother to some of my favorite souls in the whole world!!!
