When people ask me about @crashcrucible and what makes it different, the initial and most obvious response is the overall excellent mesh of grassroots community and semifinal athlete experience that it provides.

However, after our 4th year here, the most differentiating factor that separates CRASH from every other competition we’ve done is the actual care and concern @crossfitcrash (JR) and his team have for the well being of each and every athlete that walks through his doors.

Thank you JR, @shortijen90 @arousseau_rn @mrs.sentineltraining and all of the crew that helps makes this event genuinely one-of-a-kind and a benchmark for all high aspiring athletes to want to experience. In a fitness world often filled with egos, they go against the status quo and not only do they SEEK feedback, they actively change and adapt to make sure everyone benefits.

A pleasure to have another memorable experience in Spartanburg. Excited for what’s to come.
