Working on a few new exercises with the kids today.

I like setting their workouts up in circuits because it gives me a better chance to coach each one individually, clean up their form, and make sure they’re getting quality reps.

I keep the movements simple and dynamic. Nothing too technical and nothing heavy.

Right now it’s all about learning how to move, building confidence, and getting clean reps.

Movement first. Strength comes after. 💪

My Teen Strength & Conditioning program has evolved.

Now offering semi-private training for teen athletes — soccer, basketball, wrestling, rugby, football, baseball, whatever their sport.

No cookie-cutter workouts.

Each athlete gets a program built around their needs to improve strength, speed, power, movement, confidence and injury resilience.

And if your teen just wants to get stronger and learn how to train the right way, this is for them too.

More individual coaching. More purpose. Better athletes.

Along with semi private training each Athlete enrolled will have access to my gym Friday, Saturday and Sunday to complete any training needed for their program .

Limited spots available. Dm me for more info

Aaaaah shiiii ,
Look who I started training,
my son Rey.

He’s been asking me to train him, and today I finally got to stand across from him not just as his dad, but as his coach.

That hit me differently.

My job isn’t to make everything easy for him. My job is to help build the kind of young man who can handle hard things.

So from day one, he knows the rules:

No crying.
No complaining.
Work hard.
Stay coachable.
And learn to love the moments that test you.

Because one day the challenge won’t be a workout.

It’ll be life.

And when that day comes, I want him to already know what it feels like to struggle, stay composed, keep working, and finish what he started.

I’m proud that he wants this.
I’m even more proud that I get to be the one teaching him.

Day 1, Rey.

We’re building more than strength.
I love you son.

Stop chasing “small.”
Start building strong.

Lift heavy—not to impress,
but to prove you’re capable of more.

Strong women don’t shrink.
They take up space.

Train like it matters.
