865 lbs total. No idea how I havent thought to do this sooner. I tried it due to a lat strain I’ve been trying to let heal but I have this ravenous urge to pull heavy so I figured why not take some tension off the lats utilizing the ole piggy back style resistance…I’m a huge fan. Everybody should be open minded and start doing more stuff like this. Change your resistance curves up every once in a while 🫡

Written by a FCAS volunteer 💕 Today my senior mom accompanied me to the shelter while I volunteered. I knew immediately which dog to take out for her first ever visit…the sweetest “Apple Turnover”. Apple Turnover literally has it all: 🍏 calm and gentle 🍎 affectionate and loving 🍏 amazingly easy on the leash 🍎 adorable eye contact walking halls 🍏 undivided attention as she’s known you for years 🍎 rave reviews from her kennel tech 🍏 takes treats gently 🍎 volunteer favourite 🍏 keeps her kennel clean, great sign for housebreaking 🍎 excellent reports from friends at doggie play group 🍏 perfect petite size at 44 lbs What Apple Turnover does NOT have is time 😢 although her wiggly tail wags show that she doesn’t know it yet 💔 She is now at risk at FCAS and is desperately in need of a foster home or adopter. Now!! Share, share, share, comment and like for this best girl. Thank you! #dogrescue #adoptdontshop #savealifetoday #shelterdogs #viral #viralreels #atlanta #atl #apple #turnover #fultoncounty

🆘🙏😔🥺🐾💫💕Cali her id A2647544 I am , SPAYED FEMALE, AMER BULLDOG MIX, WHITE is a wonderful four-year-old dog. The shelter said she doesn’t get along with other dogs, but that’s not true because she swims and plays with other dogs. The thing is, she’s a bit bossy she likes to lead the group or the pack but she gets along well with other dogs, and here is the proof. That’s why she’s been stuck at the shelter and hasn’t been adopted. Please help Cali she’s been at the shelter for a long time, since January. You can call me at 305-305-7678 to find Kali and meet her. You can also foster her or adopt her. She’s very beautiful and very sweet. Thank you very much.🙏🆘Kali es una perrita maravillosa de cuatro años. Muchas gracias.🙏🆘

🆘🙏😔🐶🐾🥺Please adopt or foster Jackie his id 2622934 He is the most wonderful dog on earth. He has been in the shelter for a year and has been so patient, sitting quietly in his kennel without causing any trouble. He loves dogs, he loves cats, he loves children. Please, it’s time for him to go. If anyone wants to find Jackie, you can call me at 305-305-7678. If you call 311 or the shelter, no one ever answers. So please, help Jackie his id2622934 his time to leave has come, just like Star, Christie, and Dobby. Please.

UPDATE: RESCUED ❤️❤️ URGENT: Rancher Yogi must be placed by Thursday at 8 PM! Do you like long walks? Do you like cuddles? Do you want a dog who will be a loyal best friend? Rancher Yogi is your guy! At 5 years old and 58 lbs, this boy is built for the Beltline, hiking a trail, or any other outdoor activity you enjoy. Volunteers say that he walks very well on a leash and is extremely well behaved. He has been slow to warm up to other dogs, but that is not uncommon given the stressful kennel environment. When I look at him, I can’t help but think of the children’s book “Itty Bitty Kittycorn” and Unicorn’s paint bum! IYKYK 😂 someone please go save this boy before tomorrow night! He can be adopted or placed into a long-term foster home. as always, slow introductions to other pets in your home are recommended. #dogrescue #adoptdontshop #savealifetoday #shelterdogs #viral #viralreels #atlanta #atl #ranger #yogi
