In just a week, I’ll be speaking at @americangemsociety AGS Conclave, my favorite professional event of the year! There will be three speaking opportunities for me, I hope I can see you there… On Tuesday September 15th at 4pm eastern, I’ll be presenting “Mine to Market: Using Tech to Sell Gemstones and the Stories Behind Them” with @madfraser Madeline Fraser of @gemist.io ! We’ll have a very honest discussion around what it takes to create a digital representation of one of the hardest things to translate: one-of-a-kind gemstones. We’ll share our insights, examples, and practical takeaways for creating your own digital footprint in this space. On Wednesday, September 16th at 3pm eastern, I’ll be part of “Attracting the Sustainable Shopper with an Impact-Driven Business Model” with @susan_wheeler_jewelry and @emilyphillippy of @emilychelseajewelry. Designed as a practical “how to” conversation, we will discss how ethical purchasing can help jewelers reach a growing demographic of clients who care about impact and accountability.  On Thursday, September 17th at 4:30pm eastern, I’m honored to be part of the “How to Boss 2.0” panel with moderator Sara Yood @yoodesq and fellow panelists Lisa Bridge, Annie Doresca @mrsdoresca, and Jennie Luker. It’s a 2.0 update, sharing our evolution in our respective leadership roles in the past few years, including leading multi-generational teams, navigating current business headwinds, and managing growth. I can’t believe I actually finished school… and a MASTER’S at that 🎓🇭🇹 I don’t always realize how big of an accomplishment this is, but I’m learning to take moments to be proud of myself. I’m so grateful for everyone who supported me along the way; whether through an idea, double-checking my assignments, encouragement, motivation, or a prayer. Some loved ones couldn’t be there in person, but I felt the love from near and far. So grateful for my small circle and everyone who continues to show up for me. 🤍 And to God, thank you for hearing every prayer, protecting me, carrying me through, and allowing me to see this day. As I close this chapter, I can only pray and trust that what’s ahead is even greater ✨ #blackgraduates #masters #dumpy #grad

Since we were kids, my cousin @marlywrlz has always been the one behind the scenes, showing up for all of us. Every milestone, every event, every dream—he’s been there supporting the family without ever asking for the spotlight. That’s why it’s been so rewarding to watch this new chapter of his life. After a lifetime of hard work, he’s finally enjoying a well-earned retirement. Over the past year, he’s been crushing it in the gym, investing in himself, and taking the time to enjoy everything he’s earned. I was especially happy when he agreed to join me on camera during our recent trip to Boston for the @bucherer event to talk about the relationship between watches and fashion. A huge shoutout to my brother @christopher_cuozzo for styling Marlon in some incredible suits that perfectly complemented his amazing watch collection. This was just the beginning—we’ll be sharing more from this conversation soon.
