A couple of years ago, we booked tickets to watch our first @allblacks game together, but Dad became too sick to make it. It broke our hearts because watching them play has been his dream since he was a kid. He’s the biggest All Blacks fan I know!!

Some of my most precious childhood memories are staying up late with Dad to watch the All Blacks. After almost losing him a few months ago, there was no way I was going to miss this moment with him in Baltimore.

Being able to take Dad to the captain’s practice before tomorrow’s game meant the absolute world to us. Watching him there was like watching a child make new memories. Seeing the joy on his face and how much it meant to him was something I’ll never forget..the best surprise 🥹🖤

Thank you so much to Megan from the All Blacks team for allowing us to attend, and of course, to my amazing cousin @_marianaahokovi for helping make it all happen..I love you!
