"I am absolutely loving the results" says @mrslillith after 3 rounds of 30 Day Boost Boost. "I'm 51 and in the middle of of perimenopause, and never thought that was possible." 🍑

For Lilly, it wasn't about weight loss -although she did lose 5 lbs- it was more about toning, building, and refining. In this season of her life, she was more excited about shedding inches from her waistline, tightening her core, and gaining strength overall.

We're so proud of Lilly for continuing to show up for herself so consistently, and we're sending her a new shirt to celebrate the wins of her true BODi experience. 🥳 🎁

My first AUGUST in beautiful BEND was all about chasing waterfalls, cherished time with visiting friends, river floats, shooting stars, live music and lake time. A special trip to Seattle for Noah Kahan with my cousin capped it off!

It was SPECTACULAR!! ✨✨✨

I can’t wait to see what Fall has in store!!

We all train and ride hard so we can have this moment. But the moment isn’t really about us. It is about the people we honor through this amazing event called @fredhutch @obliteride It is a moment of reflection and a moment to celebrate, who they were, # what they meant to us and the love we have for them. @weridewhy ? @ashleyberg #ForAshley #ForUs #ForLove #Forever #curecancerfaster ❤️🚴🖤

@mrslillith is working on improving her hormone balance with @bellevitale, a new 12-week hormone health program for women (which incidentally just launched in Canada! 🇨🇦 🎉 ) and not even a vacation to Hawaii can stop her. 🏝️

Fortunately, the only equipment required is very portable, and Lilly had no problem getting the workouts done in her hotel room while soaking in the AMAZING VIEW! 🤩 🌄

We’re proud of Lilly for treating herself to health, even while on vacation, and we’re sending her a new gift to thank her for showing us all IT CAN BE DONE! 🎁

Finding Balance: The Key to a Healthier, Happier You!

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life. But neglecting our health and wellbeing can have serious consequences.

That’s why finding balance is crucial!

Balance isn’t about being perfect; it’s about making conscious choices that nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

Here are some tips to help you create balance in your life:

Prioritize self-care: Schedule time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Take the dog for a walk 🐾

Set boundaries: Learn to say “no” to things that drain your energy. 🙌🏼

Nourish your body: Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods that fuel your wellbeing. 🥙

Move your body: Find physical activities that bring you joy, whether it’s walking, yoga, or dancing. This is why I love my home gym.

Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of restful sleep each night. 💤

By finding balance, you’ll:

Boost your energy levels
Improve your mental clarity
Enhance your overall wellbeing

Remember, balance is a journey, not a destination!

Take small steps today towards creating a more balanced, healthier, and happier you!
