As an unforgettable afternoon comes to an end, our hearts are full of gratitude. All great shows must come to an end, but the impact of today’s event will continue long after the final note.

It was truly an honor to host Rock for a Cause today at the Scottish Rite Temple alongside my great friend Eric Schwartzreich. Together, we celebrated the power of music, community and purpose.

Presented by Static Rebellion in partnership with School of Rock Miami, this remarkable event brought talented young musicians to the stage for four incredible hours of live music, entertainment, delicious food and family fun. Every performer brought passion, energy and heart, reminding us just how bright the future is.

Most importantly, today was about supporting two extraordinary organizations that serve children and families throughout South Florida.

💙 Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, empowering young people to reach their full potential.

❤️ JAFCO, providing care, safety and support to children and families affected by abuse, neglect, trauma and developmental disabilities.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out, showed their support and helped make this day so special. Thank you to LIVE Entertainment, our community partners, generous sponsors, dedicated volunteers, talented performers and every family and friend who joined us.

Your generosity is helping create brighter futures and reminding children throughout our community that they are seen, supported and never alone.

The show may be over, but the music, memories and mission will live on. Today, the music was loud, but the impact was even louder!!! 🤘🎶

#MobileMike Today, Broward County came together at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise to make strides against breast cancer. 💗

We walked to celebrate every survivor, honor the loved ones we carry in our hearts, and stand beside everyone who is still fighting breast cancer and all forms of cancer.

Every step represented courage. Every pink ribbon carried a story. Every person who showed up reminded us that no one should have to face cancer alone.

Stronger communities begin when we show up for one another with love, compassion, hope, and determination. Together, we are more than a crowd. We are a community united in the belief that brighter days are ahead.

Today, we walked for the survivors.
We walked in memory of those we have lost.
We walked for the fighters who inspire us every day.
And we walked toward a future without cancer.

Broward County showed up, and together, we are making strides. 💕🎗️

At the same time, relief efforts continue for families affected by disasters in Colombia, Venezuela, and other parts of the world.

CRIME DOES NOT PAY!!!

#MobileMike Hollywood Police identified the man shown running from officers as Tyrell Anton Thomas. Police allege that he fired at two people, threatened another person with a firearm, fled from officers, crashed into multiple vehicles, and attempted to escape on foot. Hollywood Police pursued him and took him into custody. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

Thomas faces several serious charges, which remain allegations unless proven in court.

If you cannot do the time, do not do the crime.

A tremendous thank you to the Hollywood Police Department and every agency involved in safely bringing this dangerous situation under control.

A special thank you to the Florida Highway Patrol for its continued partnership and commitment to keeping Florida safe. We are also deeply grateful to all of our South Florida law enforcement partners. Protecting our community requires cooperation, trust, and agencies working together across city and county lines.

Please remain alert and look out for one another. If you see something, say something.

🙏 PRAY FOR THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE 🙏

#MobileMike Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin as a powerful Category 2 hurricane with winds reaching 105 miles per hour, leaving destruction across Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Pensacola, Panama City Beach, southern Alabama, Georgia, and surrounding communities.

At least two lives have been lost, approximately 800,000 customers lost power, and countless families are facing flooded roads, damaged homes, fallen trees, downed power lines, and dangerous conditions. Although the hurricane has weakened, flooding, damaging winds, and possible tornadoes remain a serious concern.

Please pray for everyone affected and for the families mourning loved ones.

A very special thank you to all of our friends in law enforcement, our firefighters, first responders, emergency workers, utility crews, and volunteers who have traveled to the Panhandle to help those in need. Your courage, service, and sacrifice represent the very best of our community. We are deeply grateful for everything you are doing.

Our friends in the Panhandle desperately need our help, and as always, we are ready to step up.

The Tower Club Fort Lauderdale came alive for United Way Broward’s ALL IN Casino Night, bringing our community together for an unforgettable evening of entertainment, connection, generosity, and purpose.

It was truly an honor, a blessing, and a privilege to be part of such an incredible event supporting an organization that is so near and dear to my heart.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out, celebrated with us, and supported this important cause. We are also incredibly grateful to everyone who donated online. Whether you joined us in person or supported us from afar, your generosity matters and your contribution will help change lives throughout Broward County.

Together, we are helping local families gain access to nutritious food, stable housing, emergency financial assistance, financial education, job training, and meaningful opportunities to build a stronger future.

Last night reminded us that when a community comes together with generous hearts and a shared purpose, there is no limit to the hope we can create or the lives we can impact.

Happy Friday, everyone.

Whether you had a great week or one that tested your strength, you made it here. Every day is a blessing, tomorrow is never promised, and if you believe, you can achieve.

Always remember that the truth is the best story because it never needs to be rehearsed. No matter what, the truth eventually finds the light.

You can earn back money, but you can never earn back time. Invest it wisely. Do not waste it on relationships, friendships, or business arrangements that no longer bring honesty, loyalty, respect, peace, or purpose. When a chapter is over, accept the lesson and turn the page.

Wishing everyone a safe and incredible weekend. Hopefully we will see you supporting the many community service and charity events taking place. Giving back is always an honor and a privilege.

Our hearts and prayers are with our friends in Panama following this morning’s powerful earthquake, initially reported at magnitude 7.6. It was once again an honor and a privilege this year to be part of the 11th Annual Dine & Dock and to continue our longstanding relationship with the American Red Cross in support of its lifesaving mission.

Last night, our community came together at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina for an unforgettable evening filled with incredible food, meaningful connections, generosity and philanthropy. Every moment helped support families affected by disasters, lifesaving preparedness programs and members of our military community throughout Broward County and South Florida.

We were also honored to welcome Fort Lauderdale District 2 Commissioner Steven Glassman. His presence and continued commitment to our community made the evening even more special.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and District 3 Commissioner Michael Udine for their continued leadership and support.

We also extend our deepest gratitude to the dedicated men and women of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department and Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue, especially Police Chief William C. Schultz and Fire Chief Stephen W. Gollan. Thank you for your service, leadership and unwavering commitment to protecting our community.

The pain is real, but so is the laughter. 😂

Yes, that is me lying on a table, getting injected, screaming like my life depends on it. Accidents happen. Bodies change. And as we get older, life has a way of reminding us that we are not invincible.

But here is what I know.

Life is not defined by what knocks us down. It is defined by how we rise, how we recover, and how we choose to move forward.

Walking is a blessing. Seeing is a blessing. Hearing is a blessing. Being able to wake up, breathe, move, laugh, love, and spend another day with friends and family is a gift. Never take those things for granted.

Be thankful for what you have instead of allowing what you do not have to steal your joy. Appreciate the people who stand beside you. Celebrate the small victories. Laugh through the difficult moments. And remember that even pain can teach us something about strength, gratitude, and the precious gift of being alive.

This treatment may only be a temporary Band Aid, but I am grateful for every moment of relief and every person helping me get back on my feet.

A big shout out to my buddy Dr. Ernie. Thank you for helping me through the pain and giving me a reason to scream for the camera. 😂

Whatever you are doing today, I hope you are enjoying yourself. Hug your family. Call your friends. Appreciate your health. Celebrate your life.

If you believe, you can achieve. If you fall, you can rise. If life tests you, you can come back stronger.

There is much more to come. We are working, building, and creating opportunities for others. That is all I can say for now.

Stay tuned. Good things come to those who wait.
