POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Intuition is not always dramatic. Sometimes it is just the feeling you cannot shake, the red flag you noticed before you had the words for it, or the quiet sense that something needs a closer look.

The point is not to let instinct replace strategy. It is to stop dismissing the information your body is already giving you and learn how to use it alongside experience, logic, and good judgment.

That is part of what we create space for at Female Founders. Honest conversations about leadership, decision-making, growth, and what it looks like to trust yourself more deeply as you build.

☀️ ReFresh Summer
Spa Day 👙

Today, nearly our entire ReFresh team gathered at The Osthoff Resort for a well-deserved day of spa services, connection, team building, a beautiful lunch—and plenty of laughs!

I am incredibly proud of this remarkable group of women who empower not only our patients, but also one another. Their dedication, compassion, talent and support are truly at the heart of ReFresh.
Taking time to celebrate this special team and give everyone an opportunity to relax, reconnect and recharge has become one of our favorite annual summer traditions. 🩵

Here’s to the women who make ReFresh so special—and to a day filled with gratitude, friendship and unforgettable memories! 🧖🏼‍♀️

Rounded out this week with our Quarterly Team Meeting followed by a Friday of individual team meetings. All with the end goal of strengthening ourselves professionally and as a team, so we can best serve our patients with the ReFresh ETHOS.

Grateful for the ongoing support and facilitation of our leadership coach @mrudberg 🩵

There are plenty of conferences where you can learn how to make more money, grow your following, or improve your clinical skills.

What makes Female Founders different is the way people feel when they leave.

Again and again, attendees tell us the same thing: they came for the business education, but what impacted them most was being surrounded by women who understood what they were carrying.

The responsibility of leading a team.
The pressure of building a business.
The challenge of balancing ambition, family, growth, and personal well-being.

Female Founders was created to be a space where those conversations could happen openly.

A place where women could learn from successful founders, ask honest questions, build meaningful relationships, and leave feeling more connected to themselves and their vision.

The education matters. The strategy matters. But the relationships, perspective, and confidence that come from being in the right room matter too.

If you’ve been looking for a conference that develops the founder behind the business, we’d love to have you join us.

Women are often taught to question their emotions.
To be more logical.
Less reactive.
More “objective.”

But what if the thing you’ve been told to tone down… is actually your edge?

At Female Founders, @mrudberg reframed intuition for what it actually is: Data.

The signals you feel in your body.
The red flags you can’t ignore.
The quiet knowing before you can fully explain why.

That is awareness, not weakness.

And when you learn how to use it alongside strategy, you make better decisions, faster.

Female Founders was built for this exact reason: A space created by women, for women, where intuition is not dismissed… it’s developed.

If you’ve been learning to trust that voice more, this is your room.

At Female Founders, @mrudberg led one of the most powerful conversations of the weekend — about worth, value, and the stories women carry about success.

From overworking to people-pleasing to comparison and imposter syndrome, many founders are building incredible businesses while still fighting narratives that were never theirs to begin with.

Sometimes the biggest shift in leadership is not another strategy.
It is remembering your worth.

If you want to be in the room for conversations like this, comment “FOUNDER” and we’ll send you the registration link for Female Founders 2026.

This weekend we trained at The Female Founders Experience — and wow, what a gift it was to be surrounded by women who truly get it.

Women who don’t tear others down to climb higher.
Women who believe there’s room for all of us to rise.
Women building businesses that feel aligned, not chaotic.

It’s rare and deeply refreshing to be in a room where competition is replaced by collaboration, and comparison by genuine connection.

That’s the kind of leadership we believe in.
Because every day at MIRA, we help women look and feel beautiful, grounded, and safe in their own skin.

In an industry that can often feel judgmental, competitive, or intimidating, we’re choosing to lead differently. To create a space where women feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

I’m proud to be one of those women.
XOXO, Kelly
