Wrapping up this season with a very full heart ♥️

Bodybuilding has a reputation for being such a solo sport, but it’s truly so much more than that. It takes a village.

I’m incredibly proud of the work I put in this season, but the biggest shoutout goes to the people who helped me get here — my friends, family, gym community, coach, physical therapist, and posing coach. Every bit of support, encouragement, and belief in me meant more than you know.

This season was mine to step on stage for, but it was never mine to do alone. 🫶🏼

Part 1: Salsa Under the Stars at Parkville Market 💃🕺✨

Before the weather shifted, the patio at Parkville Market was pure rhythm and sun. There’s something special about catching those early, golden-hour arrivals and the energy of the first steps on the open-air floor.

Huge thanks to @parkvillemarket for hosting an incredible start to the evening and @djbombero for providing the rhythm.

Shot on location in Hartford, CT using the Canon EOS R5 Mark II and RF 35mm f/1.4 L. Tagging the crew that brought the rhythm:

Part II
Pratt Street came alive once more on July 24, 2026. 💃🏽🕺🏽🎶

Photography has so many variables—light, speed, movement, shadows—and so many photographers try to pretend we control every single one of them. But the reality? Most of the time, we’re just hoping we’re paying close enough attention to capture that moment when it finally happens.

Grateful to keep capturing the movement, connection, and style of this community.
Tagging the core accounts that make this night happen and keep the CT salsa scene thriving:
