POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last year, Kollektiv KLAUS took over Reumannplatz with a powerful analogue performance inspired by VALIE EXPORT - a physical exploration of how female bodies exist and resist in public spaces. Reumannplatz station became their stage: bodies stretched across stairs, floor and railings, slowly coming together.

For this year’s [AR]TWALK, we reimagined the scene as an interactive AR hide-and-seek. As you progress in the walk, you’ll discover KLAUS figures drifting in the fog in AR. Each one you find unlocks a fragment of their original movements. Look for the figures and collect them all to reveal the final gathering at LOT - where the bodies reunite and the circle closes. With this collaboration we are able to translate diverse forms of artistic expressions into the digital realm. AR doesn’t replace the performance - it extends it. Now the work is accessible anytime, anywhere, allowing the story to keep being told. Look for the figures in the fog and discover how this performance now became a space you can step into again and again.
