Listen, I take getting the shot VERY seriously. 😂📱 I was hired to capture content at the Manifest Magic Retreat for @gotaprilshowers, and I needed these women to give me some GOOD footage! And if that means telling them where to stand, when to move, and when we need to run it back, that’s exactly what I’m gonna do. 😂 Sorry, y’all, if I yelled too much. 😭😂 #ManifestMagicRetreat #KSWSocialMediaManagement

The second annual @nbaf Fall for Brunch is in the books. A fantastic fall fundraiser for arts education in schools (Georgia ranks 49th in arts funding in public schools) and our year round programming. Your generosity helps #NBAF step in the gap to provide funding for youth and emerging Black artists. Thank you to our sponsors, my AMAZING Board of Directors, the NBAF staff, our guest speaker, the incomparable artist Dr. Fahamu Pècou, and all our patrons who came to celebrate with us at our sold out event! It is incumbent on each of us to continue to uplift the culture, especially in times like this. You can try to erase our history but you can’t erase our culture! 🖤 #BoardChair #art #thankyou #wegotthis

I TOLD Y’ALL THIS WAS NOT ANOTHER DAMN CONFERENCE!!! 😂💕✨ We are NOT sitting in a ballroom for four days listening to somebody tell us their five steps to success! We’re making memories, building friendships, laughing until our stomachs hurt, dancing, trying new things, and having a DAMN GOOD TIME! 💃🏾🥂 Because who said working on yourself couldn’t be FUN?! THIS is Manifest Magic, baby!!! 🪄✨ Now, you’ve been watching us have all this fun from your phone. 👀 DON’T DO THAT TO YOURSELF AGAIN IN 2027! 💖 Comment FOMO and we’ll send you the link to reserve your spot! #ManifestMagicRetreat #ManifestMagic #AllGasNoBrakes #WomenInBusiness #Sisterhood

Sometimes the MAGIC happens when you get quiet. 💕✨ With everything we carry as women, entrepreneurs, mothers, and leaders, how often do we actually give ourselves permission to just BE? At the Manifest Magic Retreat, we made space for exactly that. 🪄 Sound bowls, deep breaths, quiet moments, and an opportunity to release some of the things we’ve been carrying. Thank you @sanchez_sanctuary 🧘🏾‍♀️ Because manifestation isn’t always about doing MORE. Sometimes it’s about slowing down long enough to hear yourself again. And THIS is why I wanted to create this experience for my Manifestors. 💖 Thank you @lusomesleep for providing our collagen infused eye mask 😍 If you’ve been watching and wishing you were here, don’t miss your opportunity in 2027! 💖 Comment FOMO and we’ll send you the link to reserve your spot! #ManifestMagicRetreat #ManifestMagic #BelieveBeforeProof #WomenInBusiness #Sisterhood

One thing about me, I’m going to tell business owners to STOP treating social media like a digital billboard. 😂 I had the opportunity to teach a room full of entrepreneurs at the Manifest Magic Retreat by @gotaprilshowers , and we talked about everything from showing up consistently to creating content people actually want to engage with. And yes, I gave them homework. 😂 I love moments like this because I get to do what I do best: help business owners make social media make sense. What’s one thing you wish somebody had taught you about social media sooner? #KSWSocialMedia #SocialMediaTips #ManifestMagicRetreat Shout out to the attendees Alinya Edward – @alinya.edw Tonisha Muhammad – @beautifultoni_ Trinita Rhodes – @beautysupplyrefresh Folashade Oloye – @cashmere_lux_salon Joi Brown – @theculturecreators Missy Mills – @dearjoeann Dr. Thyonne – @doctg Dr. Tumona Austin – @drtumona LaDonna Welch – @ebonynotes.co Keyonna Kidd – @generationalwealthwines Kimberlee Billbrew – @iamyourforeverrealtorkimberlee Lianca Lyons – @liancalyons Michelle Sanchez – @ms.meche Latisa Hatcher – @officialmelaninxmelanin Laniesha Lewis – @queenlewmeach7 LaToya Bell-Counts – @sitriteinc Tarsha Long – @tarshaofficial Debra Edwards – @theauntdebbshow

We hear it all the time: Your vibe attracts your tribe. But the older I get, the more I understand just how important that tribe really is. You can have the vision. You can have the idea. You can even have the resources. But there are some mountains you simply were never meant to move alone. The right tribe will pray for you, push you, challenge you, connect you, correct you, celebrate you, and sometimes carry you when you don’t have the strength to carry yourself. They don’t just clap when you win. They help you win. They make the phone call. They show up. They make the introduction. They share the post. They buy the ticket. They tell you the truth. They remind you who you are when you forget. And when it’s their turn, you do the same. That’s what makes it a tribe. I’ve been blessed to have people around me who have helped me move mountains I couldn’t have moved by myself. Some have been with me for decades. Others entered my life for a particular season and somehow arrived at exactly the right time. Today, I simply want to say thank you to mine. Thank you for believing in my crazy ideas. Thank you for showing up when there was nothing in it for you. Thank you for opening doors, pulling up chairs, making room, checking on me, laughing with me, crying with me, and occasionally telling me what I didn’t want to hear. Teamwork really does make the dream work. And here’s today’s humble pie: Sometimes we become so focused on being strong and independent that we forget what a blessing it is to need people and to have the right people to need. Success is sweeter when it’s shared. The load is lighter when it’s carried together. And mountains don’t seem quite so big when your tribe starts climbing with you. Find your people. Love your people. Pour into your people. And never forget to thank your people. To my tribe: I see you. I appreciate you. And I know I wouldn’t be here without you. THANK YOU!!! 🫶🏽 XOXO- Michelle
