When @uwajimaya and @pagliaccipizza decide to Team-up and create a Pizza, you know I’m there. They made the Waji Pie and this pizza is exclusive to all Pagliacci locations through April 14th. You all know how much I love both Uwajimaya and Pagliacci. I’ve had amazing memories since I was a kid eating and shopping at both with my family and especially shopping with my grandma at the old Chinatown/ID location. So when I got the chance to try The Waji Pie, I just had to make my way. Using ingredients from Uwajimaya, I loved the fusion of this pizza. Teriyaki Chicken, Chili-Crisp Roasted Pineapple, Pickled Red Onions, Mozzarella, Green Onions, Teriyaki Mayonnaise and Sesame-Nori Furikake. This pizza pie just marries so well. Pagliacci and Uwajimaya have been staples in the Pacific Northwest and I just love that they decided to collab together. Make sure you get this pizza before April 14 at all Pagliacci locations.
