So much joy, appreciation & love celebrating 50 years of Pat on the last weekend of November 🥰 The best big sister, aunty, cousin, friend - she does it all! Always striving for more (eldest child syndrome) and living life to the absolute fullest with no F’s given. How bloody amazing it is to be in your orbit, we are so lucky and blessed! I LOVE YOU 💕

Albury Running Festival 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ @racehubaustralia

We had such a mix of talent today within our crew, some setting incredible PBs, some running their furthest distance, while others completed their first fun run today. 🥹🤌

We had participation across the 21.km, 10km and 5km - we are proud of every single one of you for your efforts on this fun and warm morning! 🥹🥰

Huge shoutout to @barerowland for being the best supporter and photographer, capturing some trackside action shots of the team today 🙌📸

GC trip feeling like a lifetime ago when it was only 2 weeks ago 🥹

• Gold Coast Marathon 2023 in ⏪• 2.07.23 •
My second time running 42.2kms with the goal to go sub 4.5 hours. Spoiler: I SMASHED IT ✅ 🥲💪🏽
I knocked off over 14 minutes from last year’s first attempt. It was a battle to maintain the pace post 27kms & knowing when to fight harder. I’m so proud of how I showed up on race day & all the weeks leading into. When all the pieces fall into place, it makes the training & sacrifices all worth it!
I could not have done this without my big sister @ms_sour 🌟 You are a superstar! 🌟 You inspired me and motivated me…knowing you were with me on this journey kept me going. And seeing you out on the course gave me the extra fuel I needed.
Same to our gel bitch boi @lexyhk 🥰Thank you for being there at every mark, plus listening to my run stories the past few months 😅. We could not have done as well as we did without you & your loud cheering 📣
Plus special mention to my twinnie @pathavanh & brother who have been riding the waves of training with us (& joining in for a casual 30km long run). I heard your loud voices in spirit pushing me along. It meant everything ♥️

Now do I attempt to go sub 4 hours?! 🤪
