I love when the co-parenting is co-parenting 😂 I might have to fuss a little, but he comes through for his boy. ❤️

False sisterhood smiles in your face, calls you "sis," and keeps quiet score while secretly competing with you. It wants the privileges of closeness without an ounce of character, integrity, or respect.

Real women don’t move like that. If I stand with you, I stand with you ten toes down. And if the energy gets compromised, I don’t play games, I don’t sneak around, and I don't pretend. I protect my peace and let distance do the work.

Give me a clean break over a counterfeit bond any day of the week. Standards stay high, circle stays solid. ✨

Some people will talk shit about you to everybody around them, then act confused when you finally speak for yourself.

I believe she deliberately painted me as “crazy” to her husband and her best friend while leaving out her own behavior. I was trying to protect her, and meanwhile, I was becoming the problem in the story she told.

It hurt to speak about this friendship. But staying quiet meant letting her version speak for me. She took action by removing me from a dormant chat. So here we are with the truth.

Can’t even be mad when the pattern was right there the whole time. Protecting my peace, keeping my standards high, and laughing it off. Some chapters just close themselves. ✨😂😂

Being abused by someone who was also being abused is a lot to unpack. I had compassion for what you were going through, but that didn’t give you permission to mistreat me. I cannot be collateral damage.

And yes, abuse can leave people in survival mode. I’m not saying every survivor hurts other people. But when surviving turns into taking advantage of the people helping you, they’re allowed to walk away. Understanding what you’ve been through doesn’t mean I have to keep accepting what you do to me.

“Mutually beneficial” has worn me OUT. I’m exhausted explaining myself. The video tells the story. At this point, come get your car off my property. Thank you. 😭😂

The final part of my Killer Kurves friendship storytime. This is why I move differently now.

Imagine sitting in a hair salon listening to a stranger tell your own life story, except somebody else is getting credit for the company YOU built.
My hairstylist peeped it before I did and got the conversation going. I hadn’t even said anything. The woman was wearing Killer Kurves, explaining who she bought it from, and telling us that person owned the company.
Meanwhile, the actual owner is sitting right there. Me.
I’m looking at my hairstylist like… are you hearing this? Until I finally tell the woman, “That’s actually MY company.”
KENTUCKY FRIED FRAUD 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂

If you’re exposing somebody after a fallout, include the part where you were comfortable with what was happening.

The conversations you entertained. The things you agreed with. The information you sat on while y’all were still getting along.

Because if it only became a problem when YOU got hurt, I’m going to question why you were okay with it before.

That’s what bothered me in my own situation. Hearing what somebody supposedly planned against me made me question what the person telling me knew, and why I was only hearing about it now.

Tell your story, but don’t edit yourself out of it. Exposing somebody else doesn’t automatically clear your name. 💯

When Killer Kurves took off, a longtime friend needed work, and I gave her a job. We had history. We’d had our issues, too, I didnt want to, I knew the risks, but she insisted, and I figured we were grown and could move like adults.

And not to mention suddenly after 4yrs of estrangement I had 2 God children 😂 The most gorgeous twin girls. Just visualize my heart with strings.. being plucked...

My customer information and business systems stayed locked down.
Working for me didn’t mean having access to everything I built and that irritated her.

When I left the house I would lock access to the main house... That sent her over...
But the office is in the basement, why do you need access to the main house if I'm not there.

Then one night we’re hanging together, having drinks, and she tells me her man has been encouraging her to snake me and steal my business. Why do people always confess to me 😂😂😂 cuz what ? that was supposed to stay between you and your 🥷🏾

God children indeed 🥴

I’ve talked about discernment and why I move differently now. This is some of the experience behind that. And we haven’t even gotten to the rest yet.

And I’m coming with a story of my own, because guys, I’ve been through it.I used to think the world was sweet. I was green. I kept trying to see the good in people and giving them the benefit of the doubt.
I thought, “I wouldn’t do that to somebody, so surely they wouldn’t do it to me.”
But my intentions couldn’t tell me what somebody else’s intentions were.
A couple of experiences really opened my eyes. It was an awakening. I had to start paying attention to what people were actually showing me, instead of holding on to what I hoped was there. I had to hold myself accountable for letting the disrespect slide.

There's a saying that goes never give a starving wolf food, all it needs is enough strength to bite you.

Watching the Supa Cent and Bee Marie fallout has me thinking about the pressure to bring everybody along.

You can help someone build, promote their business, and open doors, change their lives and still end up the bad guy in their story after a fallout. Helping somebody doesn’t put you above accountability. Everybody should own their part and tell the WHOLE story.

But shared history doesn’t entitle anybody to the fruits of your labor.

I believe in helping people, coaching people, and teaching people who want to be taught. I want my people to win. What I don’t believe in is feeling obligated to keep giving just to prove I haven’t forgotten where I came from or giving to someone who will eventually turn around to and bite me.

Discernment matters. Pay attention to how people handle your boundaries, your success, and the moments when you have nothing to offer them.

I no longer feel guilty for saying NO to people who feel entitled to my YES. 💯

Have you ever helped someone, then became the villain in their story?

If you wouldn’t say it to their face, don’t say it at all. And if you’re gonna tell the story, tell the WHOLE story. 💯

My take on the Supa Cent and Bee Marie fallout: if those messages are accurate, Supa shouldn’t have been talking about Tokyo like that. Your friend’s body shouldn’t be a punchline with other friends.

But Bee Marie, that conversation didn’t happen in a vacuum. What made her comfortable joking like that with you? If you were laughing, agreeing, or contributing, show that part too. Don’t lie by omission and throw her under the bus while leaving out your own participation.

And privacy is fragile. A conversation that feels safe today can become a screenshot tomorrow. Watch your words.Own your words before somebody else publishes them.

Parts of Supa’s business journey resonate with me finding success online and wanting the people around you to win too. But when support starts feeling like competition for your place, that raises another conversation. I’m coming back to that idea of “destiny swapping” in another video. 👀
