Welcome to Sareen Flow ✨

I wanted to share this as way of introducing myself to those who may not know me personally, and to give a little bit of the backstory around this new venture into yoga teaching.

I’m very much looking forward to continually learning and growing during my teacher training and beyond, and I hope this page can be a place to share about classes, tips, discoveries and reflections.

A look inside the rehearsal room for Echoes in Draft 2026. ✨

Over the past few weeks, four new works have been brought to life through collaboration, curiosity and care. Watching these scripts evolve alongside our writers, director, mentor and performers has been such a joy, and we’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for our work-in-progress showing.

These moments remind us that theatre doesn’t begin on opening night - it begins in rooms like these, where artists gather to experiment, question and create together.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making Echoes in Draft such a special development process.

✨YTT and Hope✨
When life has been difficult and there is so much pain and division in this world, our time with the YTT class of 2026 was a salve for my soul.

I don’t want a monoculture. I want to learn from people who are different from me. Have deep conversations. Be curious.

Take all of that and move out into the world and do something good.

It’s been a big few weeks both personally and professionally. Because of my capacity this year’s training was supported by a wider range of facilitators and mentors.

It deepened the work.

It changed the conversations.

In ways I hadn’t considered before.

I’m so grateful to this group of people who came together with the utmost respect, kindness and care. Arms, hearts and minds wide open.

I’m delighted you’ll all be in the community teaching not for profit classes.

Thankyou to Kerry for holding us all in mind, and all our presenters and mentors.

And yes, we only take a limited number of trainees and this cohort was full - if this is something you’ve been considering please let us know.

Thankyou for reminding us that we don’t want or need a monoculture. We can be together with love and not division. We take meaningful action in the world to support individual and community change ✨

We’re still smiling after the response to Echoes in Draft 2026. 💙

The generosity of our audience, the thoughtful conversations after the readings, and the incredible feedback shared with our writers reminded us exactly why this program exists - to give new work the space to be tested, challenged and celebrated.

That’s a wrap on Echoes in Draft! 🤍

We’re so grateful for everyone who joined us yesterday for such a wonderful showing. Seeing so many people come together to support new writing and emerging artists was incredibly special.

A huge congratulations to our four talented writers, who each shared bold, unique and thought-provoking new works. It’s been a privilege to watch these stories develop, and we can’t wait to see where they go next.

Thank you to our incredible mentor, director, performers, creative team, and everyone who filled the room with generosity, curiosity, and support. This is only the beginning.

An event showcasing the future voices of Londons poetry scene 🎤

Saturday 24th February @ Theatre Peckham.

We will have special performances on the night from:

- Poetic Unity’s Spoken Word Theatre Company who have created their first scratch play.
- Eight poets from our Future Voices cohort in collaboration with @applesandsnakes will be showcasing their exclusive poetry films and performing live.
