I might be a little biased… but last night was DOPE 💛🎲

Our Social Work Appreciation Month x Funday Monday Networking Game Night was everything we hoped for and more.

From the vibes to the people to the energy in the room 🤞🏾

We laughed.
We connected.
We played.
We gave flowers in real time 🌸

Grateful for everyone who pulled up, showed love, and made the space feel like COMMUNITY.

Shout out to @pichnyc, our honorees in attendance @brooklynbournenyc @hercollectively_ @ebonysmindfulmoves2 @alwayz_fit_4_lyfe_ , and our DJ @djclubkilla_ck_1 🤞🏾

If you attended let us know how you experienced the event | Tag someone you met last night

Friday's Reality Check

It's important to recognize that you can offer support, but you aren't responsible for someone else's healing. It's okay to set boundaries and protect your energy when you've been giving and it's not being received or appreciated. You can love and care for someone, but remember, their healing journey is their own to navigate.

Yours truly, Lady A Savage, and the amazing Ms. Well & Woke speak on all this—reminding you to love yourself first and honor your own journey, too.
