Everything I eat in a day as a D1 baseball commit at 10.1% body fat and 107.1 lbs of skeletal muscle mass.

Fueling my body to perform on the field while maintaining the muscle I’ve built is a huge priority for me. That means eating enough to support my training, prioritizing protein, and staying consistent with my nutrition.

Full day of eating:

1. Breakfast: 1,066 calories | 112g protein
2. Lunch: 824 calories | 98g protein
3. Dinner: 755 calories | 103g protein
4. Snack: 293 calories | 8g protein

Daily total:
2,998 calories | 322g protein | 271g carbs | 62g fat
