Konichiwai NP Buffalo!

This Wednesday, we’re taking another trip to Japan… well, at least the Japanese Garden behind the Buffalo History Museum! 🌸🏯 Mike will be your tour guide as we hop aboard the 🚅 Shinkansen from Tokyo 🏙️ to Kyoto ⛩️, with a possible stop at Mt. Fuji 🗻 along the way.

📣 **Spread the word! We’re starting at the Japanese Garden this week, not our usual spot!** And with those dark fall mornings creeping in, consider bringing some reflective gear and lights so you can stay visible out there. 🔦✨

📍 Location: Japanese Garden (behind the History Museum)
🕕 Time: 6:10 a.m.
📅 Date: Wednesday, 10/14

Pack your “passports” 🎫, bring your best travel crew 👟💪, and get ready for a morning of fitness and adventure! No plane ticket required. 🍣🌸✌️

Continuing the FCU, that’s the Frunday Cinamatic Universe for those that don’t know. We had to pivot the route a few times because our fearless leader got distracted by a chain fried chicken restaurant and then by a conversation about the best time to buy a TV. I’m not sure it gets more American than that.

Great job today everyone! Tune in next week as the FCU keeps on rolling this fall!

RUN CLUB

This is insane !! Our largest group yet and we’re just getting started!! I can’t thank you all enough for showing up to run club and creating this running community, it makes running suck just a little bit less🫶🏼🫶🏼

Unfortunately @mississippimudds is closed for the season so our ice cream dates are on a pause and that officially means the cold is coming😭😭 LUCKILY there’s a DQ just a bit farther down the road we can check out, did somebody say BLIZZARDS❄️👀

EVERY WEDNESDAY 6PM

Keep an eye out for updates on Instagram as the weather gets colder!! We’re not going anywhere but location may change based on weather etc❄️🏃‍♀️

Can’t wait to brave the cold with you this winter🥶⛄️

If you missed us, we’ll see you next week😉

It may be getting colder and darker in the morning, but that didn’t stop us from having a great turnout for PB & J Day! 🥜🍓

Big thanks to everyone who got out of bed, braved the cold, and got after it with us this morning. And of course, no PB & J Day would be complete without some coffee and good company afterward!

Another great Wednesday in the books. 💪

We got that Dub! Where else would you rather be than right here, right now?
Great job everyone this morning! I know it can be tough to get out there, especially after having to stay up to make sure the Bills stayed on top because the Lions refused to quit.
But we got the win, we got the run in, and we got our W-shaped route conquered! Not a bad way to start the day.

Today we did whatever Simon said, and it was glorious!

Simon told the weather to stop raining, and it did! Simon told us that jump squats weren’t burpees, and they weren’t! Simon told us to play Bop It, and we Bop It’d like our lives depended on it! Simon said we had to give him a second birthday boom, and we did!

Great job everyone! When Simon speaks, we listen.

We made it to the mural AND had our very own dedicated walking route this week! 🚶‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Great job, everyone! We showed up, got moving, rocked the Bills gear, and did our part. Now the pressure is on Josh Allen and the rest of the gang to do their part this Sunday! 🦬🏈

Let’s go, Buffalo!

Thank you to everyone who joined our Bills Season Kick-Off workout this morning! We summoned the spirits of Josh Allen, James Cook and Greg Rousseau as we worked out!

Well, Labor Day is over, and back-to-school season is in full swing, which can only mean one thing: IT’S FOOTBALL TIME!!! 🏈

Join us this Wednesday as we kick off the upcoming football season with a Bills-themed workout! Will Josh Allen show up? No way. But we’ve got the next best thing: a guy shorter than Doug Flutie who can throw a ball at least 10 feet pretty accurately... Mike!

We’ll be jumping like Josh, sprinting like James Cook, doing whatever the defense does, and scoring touchdowns!

See y’all at Hoyt Lake at 6:10 a.m.!

The return of the PR loop was a hit! We had people getting in their steps, running our usual 3 miles, and one incredibly sweaty person getting an extra loop in. We’re just so happy to see so many people show up this morning to get movement!

See ya’ll next Wednesday for our Bills-themed workout!

Another awesome PB + J Day in the books! A few of us absolutely crushed our Personal Bests, a few of us quickly realized just how humid it was and decided that any movement was an accomplishment, and a few of us did some push-ups, but mostly just took pictures. 😂

And somehow, we never even got rained on! No thunder, no lightning, just pure positive energy to carry us through the rest of the week.

So proud of all y’all for getting out there on such a gloomy, dark, humid morning. Hopefully, the all-Dolly playlist helped keep your spirits high as we celebrated and remembered one of the most universally loved people on the planet. 💖

And of course, we wrapped up another PB + J Day the right way with some Java at Tipico! ☕️

See y’all next Wednesday for our annual Buffalo Bills-themed workout! 🏈💙❤️
