What a beautiful summer it’s been. 🌞🌿

A summer filled with adventures, growth, introspection, meaningful connections, and countless moments spent immersed in nature.

From exploring the beauty of Québec and Newfoundland to discovering new places across Canada and the U.S., this summer has given me so much to be grateful for.

After spending time travelling around the world, I used to find it difficult to come back home to Canada. I always felt like there was so much more to see and experience elsewhere. But this summer reminded me just how incredibly beautiful our own backyard really is. This summer allowed me to connect with so many amazing souls who have allowed me to realize that home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling, and when surrounded by amazing humans and plenty of love, I feel at home. 🍁

The forests, mountains, oceans, sunsets, and all the little moments in between. So much beauty, often right in front of us.

I’m beyond grateful for the experiences, the people, the lessons, and the space to slow down, reflect, and simply enjoy being alive. ❤️

These 20 photos and videos are only a tiny glimpse of it all. Believe me, narrowing it down was a challenge… Instagram really needs to reconsider that 20-photo limit because I could’ve easily shared another 100. 😂

Here’s to a summer I’ll carry with me for a long time. 🌻✨

Have you ever done a 🏕 Camping 🧘‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️ Wellness 🕺🏽💃🏽Festival?
I and other incredible community members worked together to offer a New Edition of the Mystical Bazaar co created by the Mystik Karavan.
Combining all our passions and Love Languages we got together to offer the @love.n.light.qc festival a unique experience of stepping into a sacred vibrant space where treasures, wisdom and nourishment is on display, for sale or trade. Connections and magic were created and fed by the interactions in the Bazaar.
I'm very proud of the energy and memory's exchanged in this project and am looking forward to continuity in those precious moments between us.
We are all One Love ❤️

We all need support to be born — and to be reborn.
if you have never experienced being held it will be more difficult holding yourself.
If you have experienced being held, it will help you hold yourself. — You are not meant to be alone.

In water, you were born.
And at the same time, water can take life.
It's a movement between death and return.

No one resurrects alone.
🌱 A seed needs the Earth, the water, the sun, the air to grow.

In the holy waters of Semuc Champey,
we experienced what it means to be held by water —
held within a heartfelt community.

From there, we rise, we rebirth.
We come back into this world again —
fresh, truly alive, and trusting.

In the womb of Mother Earth, we were protected, covered and we heal.
We receive the wisdom of her deep, nurturing presence. Coming back stronger, more alive, more pure.

A process infused with love, devotion, and reverence.
The people involved offer so much love and gratitude into the spirit of cacao.

When we drink cacao, let us take a moment to offer deep gratitude —
to the farmers,
to the land,
to the ancestors,
to the wisdom of the plant.

And to the Maya peoples, whose ancestral wisdom continues to guide our relationship with cacao. 🙏🏻

It is a master plant, woven into living lineages of land, ceremony, and memory.
Its wisdom has been carried through time by those who listened deeply, honored its spirit, and tended it with devotion."
