What is my absolute favorite part of guiding Shinrin-yoku? It’s witnessing these beautiful, radiant smiles, connecting with our community, and creating a sacred space for peace and relaxation. Thank you all for the magnificent energy you brought to this weekend. I love you all dearly! 🌿✨Photo Creds go to @mtrant022 and @grammer22

Thank you to my beautiful family for a charming and elegant birthday brunch. As a Libra and ruled by the planet Venus, I have a deep love for aesthetics, beauty, and harmony. This appreciation manifests as a love for art, eclectic fashion, lavish interiors, and beautiful experiences, preferring soft, balanced, and graceful environments and styles. My soon to be sister in law @mtrant022 is super intuitive and thoughtful when it comes to people’s personal preference. She picked the perfect place to celebrate #48 with me at RH Rooftop Restaurant at RH. Thank you so much my amazing brother @jmfdanks and beautiful @mtrant022 and my handsome, smart nephew Jack. You always make me feel special and loved. October 3rd is a day of appreciation and reflection on this wonderful life I live surrounded by people who support and care deeply for me. I love you.

For a long time I knew I wanted to plan retreats and intimate events where people could come together, connect, and grow.

About a year ago I had an idea to host my very first yoga hike. I followed the nudge in my heart, trusted the path, and shared one of my favorite trails with others. 15 people said yes, and it turned into one of the most heartwarming experiences of my life.

That hike gave me the courage and faith I needed to know I could do this.

Since then I’ve hosted three retreats, with two more coming up in the next few weeks. I know without a doubt I am exactly where I’m meant to be.

I have faced no shortage of hardships throughout my life, but God has also led me to tools that carried me through my darkest nights. I know I am here to teach what I’ve learned, to help brighten a path for others, and that is exactly what I plan to do.

If you have a dream in your heart, don’t wait until it feels perfect. Plan your version of a hike. Take a small step that will give you the strength and belief that you are far more capable than you ever imagined.

And if you feel called to join me, I would love to welcome you at one of my upcoming retreats:

✨ Sacred Shifts: One Day Fall Equinox Retreat | 9/21 | 11-4 | Columbia Ballroom @columbiaballroom1931

✨ Autumn Awakening: Overnight Yoga Retreat & Hike | 10/24–10/25 | Stanford House, Cuyahoga Valley National Park
@forcvnp @cuyahogavalleynps

Your journey begins with one small step. If your heart feels called, let one of these retreats be that step. I would be honored to walk this path with you.

Details are in my bio.

COMMUNITY

It has a way of carrying us through our darkest seasons and celebrating with us in our brightest ones.

It’s in the way we show up for each other, with open hearts, deep listening, and the quiet knowing that none of us are meant to walk our path alone.

At my retreats, my deepest intention is to create a space where every soul feels seen, supported, and loved. A space where you can breathe easier, let your guard down, and simply be yourself.

I’m counting down the days until Sacred Shifts: One Fall Equinox Retreat when we come together to create something truly meaningful.

If you’re craving connection…
If you’re yearning to be part of something real…
If you’re ready to be surrounded by incredible people who will meet you where you are…

Come join us.

Because the truth is, we all need somebody to lean on.
