Best messy play!
Also great for warm days outside because they get to play with water 😍😍

Watching Willow get excited over the foaming and the fizzing is amazing.

I recently went to my child's before school check and as a teacher I was stumped on what they were testing her for, asking her to write her name, she had no clue because it's just something I choose not to focus on. But play? Play is all we do, that's where the learning happens to help her with all the above, to be school ready. They go to school to learn how to read and write, so don't worry if your child cannot do those things yet, IT IS OK.

If your looking for intentional play ideas to get little minds thinking, check out @mudmates blog on their website where you will find endless valuable play ideas and so much more..

What is something you thought they needed to know before they started school??

Love this little life for them, being able to play freely 🌸

When I woke up and looked outside I knew it was the best day to chuck their @mudmates coveralls on, they stay warm & dry plus less washing for me 🙌

Also shout out to my kids amazing teachers for letting them make the most of the rain! How crazy is this spring weather!!

Could you IMAGINE if that was all over his clothes? Absolutely not 😅 We love a good slime session but my washing machine hates it, which is exactly why we pop him in @mudmates coveralls for messy play.

Cuffed at the wrists and ankles so nothing's seeping in, zipped right up so nothing spills down and those little hands are free to explore.

The first thing he does after touching something messy is wipe his hands down the front of himself, so all I need to do afterwards is hose down the deck and the coveralls. Double win.

How to make edible Kinetic Sand ⤵️

What you will need 💡
1 cup of baking soda
1/2 cup of white sugar
3/4 cup of cornflour
1 Tablespoon of cream of tarter
1/4 cup of water
Few drops of food colouring

Follow these steps carefully 💡
Add all of your dry ingredients together and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix your water and food colouring, adding one teaspoon at a time to your dry mix until all of the liquid is added.

Enjoy 🙌

Keep in an air tight container to explore for up to one week 😘

It won't taste nice but it has no nasties!
Coming soon to @mudmates blog ✨️
