This looks like a normal workout. It isn’t. K3’s reels told you the why behind our pre-game prep — the structure, the science. This is the part the science doesn’t show: jump tests that turn into dance breaks, a resistance band rigged onto a basketball rim, a power plate nobody admits to loving this much, confidence levels asked mid-warm-up because apparently that’s funnier than it sounds. None of it’s an accident. When the team actually understands why they’re doing what they’re doing, they stop just complying and start enjoying it. And the vibe isn’t separate from the prep — the vibe is the prep. It gets the mind ready while the body gets ready, so both walk into tip-off at the same time. This is what that looks like from the inside. SFL. Can Do? 👊🏻

Great energy, strong chemistry, and a team that always pushes each other to be better. 🔥🏀 A great pre-game warm-up isn’t just about exercises or equipment. It’s about the attitude, energy, and chemistry that every player brings. From tennis ball reaction drills to jump tests, players constantly challenge themselves while cheering each other on. Even when warming up individually, everyone knows their role and how to bring out the best in one another. That’s what makes this team special. Different routines, but one team with one goal. A special thank you to Malaysia’s Best Sports Commentator @benibrahim_ , for the shout-out and support. And congratulations to NS Matrix on winning back-to-back championships! 🏆🏆 Great teams don’t just play together. They grow together.

Sponsored By @mvpbasketballstore @gprotein @_bennywoo_ Photo Credit by @jz_photo #SPFAcademy #TriEdge3 #篮球少年 #儿童篮球 #青少年运动 运动成长 儿童体能 篮球训练 Seremban

❤️ Challenge. Representing Malaysia has always been one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. Turning 28, life feels a little different. More responsibilities, more things to think about, and definitely more challenges. But I’m glad I went through all of it. That’s enough for me. Once Malaysian, Always Malaysian. 🇲🇾 Happy National Day. Selamat Hari Kebangsaan. #malaysia #nationalday #happynationalday🇲🇾

August, in ten moments. Our SUKMA boys won gold — beating the same team that had beaten them by 4 points in game one, this time by 21. A week later, they came back to train, medal in hand, just to take a photo with us. Nobody asked them to. John Murray came back from a month in China, sat down and mapped his own week before touching a weight, then hit 160kg — matching a PB from over a year ago. Steven Green handed me his Malaysia jersey before flying out to Jones Cup. He wrote on it: “You gave me 5 days, I gave you 50 points, together we made history.” Lee Ying finished her master’s while training clients full-time, then stood in front of a room of people in their 60s and taught like she’d done it for years. Our SUKMA girls didn’t get gold. Silver isn’t gold. I’m still incredibly proud of them. QingShan led her first solo session with a lion dance club — the first in their history to bring in a performance coach. Three athletes hit personal bests that day. Two of our athletes play polo together. Our whole coaching team showed up to support them at their match. He asked to frame the photo on his wall. Mulan is fighting back from one of the hardest injury years of her career, still building toward Agong Cup this October. New trap bar PB along the way. Tidjan Keita flew from France to train with us. Before he left, he sent me a voice note — talked about quality over quantity, and what the work actually meant to him. And Yong Ling — showed up to support QingShan and the lion dance team, no reason to be there except that it mattered to her. None of this happens without real people doing real work. Grateful for all of it. SFL. Can Do? 👊🏻

One of Malaysia’s most accomplished basketball players. Right now, she’s fighting just to get back on the court. One of the oldest on the team. A year full of injuries. Fitness not where it used to be. But watch how she moves — that’s not talent alone. That’s someone who refuses to be done. Yesterday, a new trap bar deadlift PB. Not luck. Consistency. Building back toward Agong Cup this October — for anyone watching who thinks they’re too old, too hurt, too far gone to come back. To any coach reading this: sometimes the job is just making room for someone who refuses to quit. SFL. Can Do? 👊🏻

A real week at SFL. YungLin stopped by to watch QS lead the lion dance team through training — even jumped in to help with parts of the session himself. Mulan’s moving better every week, landing and changing direction like it’s nothing now. Steven Green arranged one more session with his old teammate Cameron Forte before flying off to Taiwan for the William Jones Cup. Mikel came in straight after school this week — good to see him putting in the work. Sharwin’s back with us during his break from national duty. And this — our SUKMA girls, lying on the turf together, cheering on their 3x3 teammates. That’s the part that gets me every time. Our SUKMA teams also had a big weekend — boys went 2-1 after dropping game one, girls opened with a win. SFL. Can Do? 👊🏻
