💝 March is Women's History Month! We can't emphasize enough how important it is to support local businesses, especially BIPOC and women-owned. Of course, you should be celebrating and supporting them all year round, but in this guide we want to highlight several Vancouver women-owned businesses. These places offer ethical and sustainable products - from food to skincare, home decor to clothing, to workshops and services. Hopefully, we introduce you to a couple of new businesses to add to your list of places to shop from!

Being conscious of where you buy your goods is rad and we should always be seeking out diverse options in the city. Remember to support ALL identifying women today and every day!

Yes this is worth a post. You know when you’ve been on a search for something you didn’t even know you were on a search for till you’ve found it??!!

I believe I have really good taste buds and you know I’m such a foodie right? So trust me on this one. @mumgry is Hands down the best peanut butter ever. Best taste and texture and you never have to stir it to get the right consistency and…TRIPLE huge bonus points for having ONE single ingredient AND it’s LOCALLY made in Vancouver AND owned by a mom. So I’m shouting from the rooftops for this one.

Go grab some @mumgry now.

PS for those of you who know I have been meat free and vegan for the past 40 days, this has gotten me through. No joke, I had a peanut butter and jam sandwich for NYE with a glass of @ghmumm champagne
