Pull up, and I guarantee you that you’ll have fun while catching this leg and glute work! All you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of water, and your best effort. You can also bring a friend, ya mama, and a family member 😝💪🏾.

Dear mom, you don’t have to abandon yourself to care for those around you. Taking the time and effort to care for yourself, spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally will bless all those you care for far more than abandoning yourself ever will. Stop setting yourself on fire to warm those around you.
