You Da Birthday, Girl 🩷 My heart is so full. Thank you for every birthday wish, prayer, message, and all the love you poured into me. I don’t take any of it for granted, and I’m walking into this new chapter feeling deeply grateful. 💗

A little reminder for anyone who needs it: don’t let anyone keep you from the life that’s calling you. Follow what’s on your heart, experience the world, and never make yourself smaller to fit where you were never meant to belong. You’ll never be too much for the people who are truly meant for you.

Celebrating all season. 🦁✨💕

🚨 HANGING FOR PEACE CHALLENGE 🚨

Can you hang from a pull-up bar, monkey bars, or a crosswalk sign for 60 seconds?

We’re challenging our community to take a stand and bring awareness to the devastating impact of gun violence. Every second you hang represents a commitment to peace, unity, and protecting our youth.

🎥 Record your 60-second hang
📲 Post your video
🏷️ Tag us and challenge 3 others to do the same

Together, we can turn awareness into action.

Your mind is either your biggest coach or your biggest excuse!

Whether you’re starting a fitness journey, building a career, or chasing a goal, the strategy is the same: positive self-talk creates positive results.

You don’t build confidence, discipline, or success overnight. You build it through small choices repeated daily. Every workout, every early morning, every time you keep going instead of quitting… it all adds up.

Stop focusing on how far you have to go and appreciate the fact that you started.

And remember… if your friend talked to you the way you talk to yourself sometimes, y’all probably wouldn’t be friends anymore.

This week replace:
❌ “I have to”
✅ “I get to”

Comment “LOCKED IN” if you’re choosing growth, positivity, and discipline this season 👇🔥

Second workout of the day… because the goals don’t care how I feel, they care how consistent I stay. ✨🏋🏽‍♀️
Discipline is starting to feel like self-love. #MotivatedFitness

Some days it’s motivation.
Some days it’s pure commitment.
Either way, I showed up again. 🤍

—

2nd workout in.
Tired? Yes.
Stopping? Never. ✨

—

Twice a day. Every day closer to the woman I’m becoming. 🌱

—

The old me would’ve skipped it.
The new me stretches, refocuses, and finishes the workout anyway. 💪🏽 @milliescontour faja and @muscleman_van apparel
