Spend a day with me in West Hartford… powered by @jeep 🚙 #Sponsored From my early morning @f45_training_westhartford workout to lunch at @restaurantbriccowh, errands around town, a little retail therapy and ending the day with much-needed self-care at @muscularpuzzlestherapy … my 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L was with me every step of the way. And can we talk about her for a second? The sleek exterior, luxury feel, spacious interior with that gorgeous camel leather, smooth drive and all the tech features made every stop around town feel elevated. Whether I was cruising through West Hartford Center or hopping on the highway, every ride felt comfortable, effortless and honestly… kinda hard to get out of 😮‍💨 Workout ✔️ Lunch date ✔️ Shopping ✔️ Fresh nails ✔️ Massage therapy ✔️ My @jeep Grand Cherokee L carried me through it all! 🙌🏾 Life gets busy, but having a ride that can keep up with every version of your day? That’s the real luxury. If you had the keys to my Jeep Grand Cherokee L for the day… where are we headed first? Drop a comment below 👇🏾

Feeling sluggish, bloated, or just plain tired? Your lymphatic system might be calling for a little TLC. Book a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Ms. Dora, this gentle, expert touch helps flush out excess fluid and toxins, reduce swelling, and leave your body feeling lighter, renewed, and completely rebalanced. 💉 Post-Drain IV Boost 💧“The Detox Duo”💧 Finish your session with a custom recovery drip designed to hydrate deeply, support detox, and elevate your glow: Magnesium Chloride 🌙 relaxes muscles and lymphatic pathways Vitamin C 🍊 delivers antioxidant support and helps repair tissues B-Complex Blend ➕ restores energy, revs up your metabolism Optional Glutathione 💪🏽 (+$50) - the ultimate master antioxidant Why Glutathione? Glutathione is one of your body’s most powerful defenders. It helps neutralize harmful free radicals, protects your cells, and supports your liver’s detox pathways. It also binds to toxins and heavy metals to make them easier to eliminate, and it recycles other antioxidants, like Vitamin C, so they stay effective longer. By choosing the glutathione add‑on, you’re giving your body a serious detox boost, helping clear out what the massage worked to mobilize, and supporting deep, long-term cellular health. 💧 Why Hydration After Lymphatic Drainage Is Essential 💧 After a lymphatic drainage massage, your lymph fluid is mobilized, but that fluid is 95% water, so staying well-hydrated is critical to keep things flowing. When you hydrate, you’re not just refilling , you're helping your lymph system carry toxins out, making the detox process far more effective. Dehydration actually makes the lymph thicker and sluggish, which can diminish the benefits of the massage. Pair your lymphatic massage with “The Detox Duo” drip + (optional) glutathione ➕ then double down with water throughout the day. Walk out feeling clearer, lighter, brighter, and deeply refreshed. 💙 Hydrology Bar - Wellness Elevated. Book your session now and reset from the inside out.
