A September to remember 🙌🏻

I am so glad I can do 20 pics in a carousel as this month had so many amazing memories.

July memories 🤩🤩 I feel like every month I have the hardest time choosing 10 photos but July might take the cake. It was such a good month!

At the beginning of the month, I was wrapping up an awesome trip with @outdoorbrooke in Hawaii (photo 1).

Me and Austin had a fun trip to NC to see both of our families and we did our favorite hike in Northern Utah - Murdock Peak. (Not pictured)

Me and @explore.hike.teach hosted our monthly group hike (photo 2) & sold out our group trip to southern Utah. Don’t miss our next group hike on 8/14.

The wholesale crew (photo 3) - what a ride that’s been. If you are looking for creative real estate deals in Utah, definitely let me know.

Bought a rental in St. George! Downpayment under 10%, interest rate of 4%, fully seller financed. The previous owner had it as a rental for 15 years and owned it outright. He wanted to avoid capital gains so 4% interest rate ensures that I won’t refinance. If something like this is what you’re looking for yourself, refer to the previous pic 😁 (Photo 4)

Hiking Mt Nebo with @liz.in.slc - it’s the tallest mountain the Wasatch and it was a beast, especially the 3am wake up. Also shout out to the guy who airdropped me the photo of us about 200 yards from the summit 🙌🏻 (photos 5&6)

Creative real estate #communitycamp in Montana with some of the coolest people I know (photos 7-9). Had a blast on the lake, at the ranch (horseback riding 🐴), doing a scavenger hunt, and connecting with friends.

Iceberg Lake in Glacier National Park with Austin. I’m silly but I didn’t realize there were *actual* icebergs in the lake. 🤯 Such a cool hike. (Photo 10)

Going backpacking again at the end of this week. Can’t wait to share the trip details.
