So grateful for this special guy and this place. Today is Navy’s 1st birthday! I realized I hadn’t taken a photo of him today until we were on a walk by my gym @defined.training I don’t even know if I can put into words how much both of these things mean to me. ❤️❤️

What does it mean to be a member of the Good Vibes Club?

⭐️ It means you elevate the room.
⭐️ And that you’re consistent.
⭐️ It means you’re a great teammate who includes others and supports their success.
⭐️ You see each new day on the training floor as an opportunity.
⭐️ And your dedication shines bright.

We’re so grateful for the many athletes at Defined who make this place feel like #morethanagym .

Who would you nominate for our next Good Vibes Club?

Introducing Navy! After Bondi passed away in June I took some time to process. In the last week I decided I needed a dog in my life again. I picked the name Navy after Navy Pier in Chicago. Bondi was named after Bondi Beach in Sydney Australia, so I maintained the location theme 🥹
