A very yummy and easy recipe to prepare if some shredded chicken is already in fridge.
Kids will love it.

Ingredients
Cabbage
Fried and shredded chicken
( Chicken was marinated and fried)
Soya sauce
Red chilli flakes
Garlic peeled 6; to 7
Onion 1
METHOD
In a pan ,heat oil.
Add the garlic chopped,onion and saute.
Add red chilli flakes.
Add the cabbage after that.
Saute on high flame for a minute.
Now add the shredded chicken.
Saute for a minute.
Now add the soyasauce.
Mix it all well.
Add salt if needed.
Garnish with spring onions.
The dish is ready.

Friday night we visited @paragonrestaure @calicutparagon in Dammam city.
A budget friendly South Indian restaurant.

We ordered,
•Fish kumarakom
Not a typical kerala fish curry, but this one is more richer and little on the spicier side. We absolutely loved the flavor.

•Veg korma
This one was average for our tastebuds.

•Porotta Was flaky and it goes well with the fish curry

•Putt and Appam was average

Story 3rd part -വർത്തമാനം പറഞ്ഞു നിന്ന് സമയം പോയി, കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങി ഗുജറാത്തിൽ എത്തി അവിടെ നിന്ന് ഡൽഹിയിലും പാർലിമെന്റിലേക്കും വരെ ചർച്ച നീണ്ടു!! കൊറെ കാലമായി ബുദ്ധി ഉപയോഗിച്ച ചർച്ച ചെയ്തിട്ട്, അതുകൊണ്ടു ലേശം പരിചയക്കുറവ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, കോളേജില്ലേ തീപൊരി പ്രസംഗിക്ക നയന ചാണ്ടി, American Corporate Worldഇല്ലേക്ക് മാറുമെന്ന് ആരും പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചില്ല. വിക്രമിന്നു Kerala കോളേജ് പൊളിറ്റിക്‌സിന്നോട് വലിയ ബഹുമാനം ആണേട്ടോ,എന്തായാലും 5 മണിയായി.

എല്ലാവരോടും യാത്ര പറഞ്ഞു ഓടി വെളിയിൽവന്നപ്പോഴാണ് നല്ല മഴയാണെന്നു മനസിലായത്, ഇനി ട്രെയിൻ പിന്നെ ബസ് കുറച്ചു നടത്തം..

വേരെ ആരുമല്ല നമ്മുടെ ഭട്ട് തന്നെ.ആദ്യത്തെ ആ അകൽച്ച മാറിയത് കൊണ്ട്, ഞാൻ ആ ഓഫർ accept ചെയ്തു.
" I will meet you at front, Thank you Mr ഭട്ട്, Oh no Vikram"

അദ്ദേഹം വേഗം കാർ എടുത്തുവന്നു, ഞാൻ അതിൽ കയറി, നല്ല ട്രാഫിക് ടൈം. അതിന്റെ ഇടക്ക് ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചു,'അപ്പൊ കുടുബം'

അതു കൊള്ളാലോ, നല്ല മഴയത് ആയതു കൊണ്ടായിരിക്കാം ഞങ്ങളുടെ സംസാരം നേരെ പാനിപുരിയല്ലേക്കും, ദഹിപ്പൂരിയിലേക്കും മാറിയത്

അതെന്താ ഞങ്ങൾക്ത് ഇഷ്ടപെട്ടുകൂടെ ഞാൻ വിട്ട് കൊടുത്തില്ല. അങ്ങനെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ സംസാരം ഫുഡിലേക്ക് മാറി. എന്തായാലാം അതുകൊണ്ട് ട്രാഫിക്കിന്റെ മുഷിപ്പ് മാറി, ഞാൻ വീട്ടിലെത്തി. നല്ലൊരു റൈഡനു നന്ദി പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ വീട്ടിലേക്കു നടന്നു.

കുട്ടികൾ സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്ന് എത്തി, ഹുസ്ബൻഡ് ജിമ്മില് ആണ്, ഞാൻ വന്നത്തോടെ കുട്ടികളുടെ nanni വീട്ടിൽ പോയി. ഇനി കുറച്ചു നേരം അവരുടെ കൂടെ അതു കഴിഞ്ഞു, വീട് എല്ലാം ഒന്നും അടുക്കിപ്പറക്കിട്ട് നല്ലൊരു കുളി.

പണിയെല്ലാം കഴിഞ്ഞു കുളി കഴിഞ്ഞു വന്നപ്പോൾ അറിയാതെ കണ്ണാടിയില്ലേക്കു ഒന്നും കണ്ണ് പോയി , മലയാളിമങ്കയുടെ കറുത്ത മുടി ഇഴകൾക്ക് ഇപ്പൊ പല നിറം, മുഖത്തെ അവിടെഇവിടെ നിറയെ പാടുകൾ , കണ്ണിലെ തിളക്കം മങ്ങിയോ.... ഇല്ല കാലത്തിന്റെ ചെറിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ഒഴിച്ചു Nayana Chandyude മനസ്സ് മാറിയിട്ടില്ല. എന്തോ കിടക്കാൻ പോയാപ്പോൾ മനസിയിന് ഒരു സന്തോഷം ഒരു 'comfort zone ' യിൽ പോയിട്ടു വന്നത് പോലെ. കുറച്ചു നേരത്തെക്കാണെങ്കിലും കസ്റ്റമർ റിവ്യൂസിൽ നിന്നും ടാർഗറ്റ് സ്കോർസിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു മോചനം കിട്ടിയത് പോലെ... അതൊക്കെ ഓർത്തു അങ്ങ് ഉറങ്ങിപ്പോയി....
