🍻 BAOS 10th ANNIVERSARY BREW #41 🍻 It’s New Year’s Eve, and the final post of the year is the forty first collaboration from our 10th anniversary with the brewery that changed the game for Canadian craft beer, @bellwoodsbeer. @getitinyacee never thought he’d see the day where we got to select the fruits for a Milkshark, not to mention see the BAOS logo on the label. Milkshark is still the only beer we’ve ever lined up for, so to have contributed to the history of this epic moment in craft beer is wild. We decided to do three Pavlova beers for our anniversary drops - Mortalis Smoothie Sour, L’Espace Public Lactose Sour and Bellwoods Milkshake IPA. 🥛 We rocked with Vanilla, Pineapple, Strawberry, Passionfruit and Blueberry, and of course lactose, to recreate the famous Aussie dessert. It comes in at 7% and pours like murky blueberry juice with a foamy head and a juicy, berry nose, it’s so thick and creamy with the lactose, blueberry and strawberry leading the charge, it’s sweet, tart and chalky with that signature Milkshark vibe, it’s super sticky and silky, a touch bitter and pithy, super tropical, wrapping in a juicy, berry finish. Incredible. Still can’t believe this is real. 🦈 Thank you for ALL the support in 2025, from our 10th anniversary sold out festival to being in the top 10% of video podcasts globally on @spotify, it’s been a wild ride. Here’s to a bigger, brighter, abundant 2026 for the entire craft beer industry. 🎉 📷: @liquidxhappiness - #baospodcast #bellwoodsbrewery #milkshark #ontariocraftbeer

🖤🍺HAPPY STOUT DAY!🍺🖤 It’s the first Thursday of November, which means it’s International Stout Day! I’m celebrating with a very special Imperial Stout brewed by @bellwoodsbeer, inspired by @myfridaybrews to pay homage to the Day of the Dead. Xoloveza is an 11% ABV Imperial Stout brewed with vanilla, cinnamon, cacao nibs, habanero peppers and rosita de cacao. This is a super complex beer that, for me, had four distinctive phases. The initial sip is dominated by layers of dark chocolate and cacao. As this subsides, notes of vanilla and cinnamon begin to shine through. However, this is quickly overpowered by spice from the habaneros. When the spice begins to dissipate, you’re left with a fruity, stone-fruit finish. That’s a complex beer! What are you drinking to celebrate Stout Day? #xoloveza #imperialstout #stoutday #mexicanstout #internationalstoutday #bellwoodsbeer

🚨DAY OF THE DEAD - GIVEAWAY💀 🕯️💀Dia De Los Muertos ( Day of the Dead) 💀🕯️ A Celebration. A Beer release. A GIVEAWAY to honour the Dead. XOLOVEZA Stout - Imperial / Mexican Bellwoods Brewery @bellwoodsbeer 11.0 % ABV Tonight, the veil between worlds grows thin — and so does your self-control. This 11.0% Mexican Imperial Stout awakens the spirits with waves of rich Mexican chocolate, warm cinnamon, and roasted cacao swirling through a dark abyss of flavor. A whisper of habanero heat lingers at the edge — a fiery reminder that life and death both deserve to be felt. 🔥 Raise your glass to those who came before us, and to the bold souls who dare to taste the afterlife. 🌹🍫🔥 To Celebrate the Day of the Dead this weekend, my friends at Bellwoods Brewery generously donated a 6 pack consisting of 3 cans of each of their Day of Dead releases - "XOLOVEZA" the beer featured here and "OFREDA" A Mexican Dark Lager. 🙏 LINK UP PARTICIPANT HIGHLIGHT 🙏 Meet Mario Alanís! Originally from Mexico, Mario has been working at @bellwoodsbeer for most of his time in Canada. Link Up connected with Mario at an event at Bellwoods this past winter where one of our Co-Founders, Tiffany, was speaking on a panel. “I was particularly drawn to [Link Up’s] mission of promoting diversity and inclusivity in the craft beer community, and I saw it as an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from industry professionals,” he explains. Mario is currently working his way through the @cicerone Level 2 program through Link Up, with aspirations to “work in a role that allows me to combine my passion for craft beer with my skills in logistics, production management, and purchasing, ultimately aiming to create a more inclusive and diverse beer culture.” For any future Link Up applicants, Mario has some wise words. “Embrace every learning opportunity and be open to new experiences. Network actively with peers and people in the industry, as these connections can provide valuable insights and support. Additionally, don’t be afraid to ask questions and seek feedback – the more you engage with the program, the more you will get out of it.” If you’re part of the BIPOC community and are looking to get involved in Link Up, apply today via the link in our bio. 🍻 ➖ #ontariocraftbeer #ontariobeer #torontobeer #torontobeerlovers #diversityinbeer #cicerone #ciceronetraining

Have a hoppy sunday! 🦌⚡️ #craftbeer #cervezaartesanal #expectopatronum #cervezamexico #westcoast

Además me gané en Untappd la insignia nivel 10 de “Wake Up And Smell The Coffee!”
