An American girl finds her way into a French yoga class 🐻

Thank you @mygingercommunity for the beautiful class and hospitality ✨✨

Yoga is such a beautiful reminder that the world is one family. It’s a beautiful and useful tool that connects us all beyond our borders.

Years back in my 200hr teacher training I was asked to envision, and then journal about, a world in which everyone practiced yoga. Thinking about it now with all the strife globally, that idea feels so much more powerful, yet strangely unreachable to me now.

Maybe that’s yoga: abstract while intimate, elusive but all the while totally available for the taking.

I love being in community w people who get that.

Merci @mygingercommunity 💕

Ferme les yeux. Laisse le mantra faire le reste. 🙏

* SAM 7/11 : ATELIER COCOONING - yin, nidra et bain sonore ✨️ - chez @mygingercommunity
* DU 3 AU 6 DEC : RETRAITE s l o w - une retraite full cocooning, un moment pour ralentir

There's always another layer to explore.

Getting upside down is one thing.
Then you start playing with shapes, transitions, tempo, different ways in and different ways out.

And somewhere along the way, the question changes from:

Can I do it?

to:

How much of it can I control?

This one is far from perfect. But that's also why I like it.

There's still room to refine it, make it lighter, smoother, more intentional. And that's what keeps the practice interesting.

You don't need to be working on this sequence.
You don't even need to be working on handstands.

But I hope you find something in your practice that makes you curious enough to keep exploring.

And if you want some help finding your own path, I currently have a few spots open for 1:1 coaching. We'll look at where you are, where you want to go, and build a practice that actually takes you there.

DM me if you want to work together. 👋

It’s all about the habits, rituals and small choices you repeat every day that help you become the person who can hold it. Getting back slowly to my routine, with a few new additions.
