I’ve been reflecting on the 10 day challenge I set for myself and wanted to share the top three things I learned:

1. The power of yes (and stepping out of my comfort zone): As scary as it may seem, often times, the fear of failing is greater than the task itself. Committing to the challenge was the push I needed. I recently listened to a podcast by @mylifetonic on this topic- it’s fantastic & available on Spotify).
2. Productivity: Having made this commitment to myself, I felt a new-found drive. Less overthinking and more focus on moving forward, and
3. Confidence: With every piece I finished, I felt a sense of accomplishment, which made me feel more confident. More confidence leads to greater productivity and focus….I basically reset the negative cycle I was in.

In short: A positive experience and new-found motivation. Creativity is flowing again. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

What do you do to help motivate yourself?

If you work with me, we’ll doubtlessly cover much more than just the food you eat. We’ll be finding ways to balance your nervous system, support stress resilience and create space for relaxation. I have terrible circulation but have been trialling cold water exposure - introduced by the gorgeous (and patient!) folk @mylifetonic . Prior to this I was very good at holding the towels at the edge of the water … I still wouldn’t say I’m first in but I’m possibly last out 🧜🏻‍♀️. “Shake a little, make it jiggle.” @watergatebay #BrtishseainApril #coldwatertherapy #coldwater #nervoussystemregulation #foragenutrition #nutritionaltherapyconsultant

Zib has risen to the challenge. Excellent map work with satisfactory girth and a pleasing testicular roundness. Please sponsor us, just to stop us lowering the tone any further. Link in Bio. Surely Zib’s hard work deserves a few quid into popped into the ring. #fundraising #mnd #linkinbio #cockandballs
