The gift is real, but so is the weight that can come with it.

You can love God, serve people, and be sensitive to His voice while still having areas of your own life that need care. We need rest. We need healthy boundaries. And sometimes, we need to be honest about the places where we’re still healing.

That’s part of why I’m looking forward to Soul Health Sunday with Ann-Marie Covert. We’re making room for an honest conversation about emotional health and spiritual sensitivity, including some of the questions we don’t always know how to ask.

My Fellow Young People,

We are honoured to introduce our facilitator, a woman whose work sits right where faith meets healing, @mymindjoy

Ann-Marie is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (MSW, RSW) who has spent over 20 years walking with people through their hardest seasons, healing from trauma, and leading clinical teams across hospital and community settings.

As the founder of Mindjoy Counselling & Training, Ann-Marie provides faith-integrated therapy, training, and mentorship, helping individuals and communities experience deeper wholeness in Christ.

In Cohort 2, she will be taking us through Unstuck: Managing Fear, Emotional Overwhelm, and Self-Doubt While Navigating Life Transitions.

Because Becoming who you are called to be was never going to be a straight line. The fear, the overwhelm, the self-doubt that shows up along the way? Ann-Marie is going to help us understand it, sit with it, and move through it, instead of around it.

We are so honored to have her with us!
