Golden Hour was such a beautiful way to enjoy music on the harbour, give Vancouver its flowers, and be surrounded by my peoples. I miss my bookies BADDDD

The sax and live instruments brought a whole other energy, and getting to share that moment with everyone in such a beautiful space was so precious 🥺. It was the perfect send-off before coming back home and stepping into a new version of myself and my artistry.

Thank you to everyone who came through, danced, played, and helped bring it all together.

Special thanks to my bookies!!

GOLDEN HOUR: one last sunset in Vancouver. 🌅

Such a beautiful night surrounded by so many people who helped this city feel like home. With live instruments, the waterfront, and all the diverse sounds of WOODS. Golden Hour felt like a thank-you I could share through music.

Vancouver has helped me blossom as a person and an artist. The nature, cultures, rhythms, and communities I found here have shaped who I am and the sound I’m still discovering. This night was a little piece of all of that, brought together.

To everyone who came through, danced, experienced or helped bring it to life: thank you. What a beautiful way to close this chapter.

Special thanks to

@kaymaarie__ thanks for helping me host and put this together with @openmicgrooves

@zhangyichijames ate with capturing moments from @kaymaarie__ and I’s last event. Super grateful for all the beautiful people that came to support local artists and @skylightwarehouse for the space. Which begs the real question…. Should we throw another “Cookout” event?
