I teach the foundation of your nervous system behaviors and responses.

We are not just working on nervous system regulation.

We are not just focused on a quick reset.

The simple fact that you seek regulation is an indication your nervous system lacks access to options, choices and ways to respond.

This is what we describe as "stress".

A lack of control in adults feels awkward and very uncomfortable.

But we all start this journey with no control.

No eye control.
No muscle control.

We ALL start here. A clean slate.

If you want a REAL reset, a reboot,
join me for a Break Through.

Start at the actual ROOT...

Your Reflexes.

Join my community to learn more.

I coach people how to get their bodies to do more, not less.

Have more choices,
More capacity,
More possible outcomes.

When life feels hard...
Does your body respond like an adult?

I started a Skool community. It's off social media.
It's a place to learn about your nervous system in a way that's unique.

Caution: this work will change you, if you are consistent.

And THIS is why we suggest community for accountability.

Join us before we start our 30 Day Challenge for Nervous System Transformation.

Motherhood

Mothering Begins Before the Baby

Before there is a heartbeat,
there is a body learning how to feel safe.
A nervous system asking:
Is it okay to soften? To receive? To hold life?

Supporting fertility is not just about cycles and supplements.
It’s about tending to the soil before planting the seed.
It’s about learning to mother yourself
before you ever carry another.

To the women longing to conceive
and the ones already growing life inside them:
Your fear is not a weakness.
It is your body’s wisdom asking for care.

Pregnancy and fertility are thresholds.

So we don’t push through. We listen.
We regulate. We rest. We mother the nervous system
as fiercely as we long to mother a child.

You are not behind.
You are becoming.

Breathe.
Soften your jaw.
Place a hand on your belly
whether it holds a baby or a wish.

You are preparing a home.
Not just for a child,
but for a version of you
that trusts, receives, and expands.

This is not a race.
It’s a return.
To safety. To self.
To the quiet knowing that your body is wise,
and you are not alone.

Working in fertility, pregnancy and post partum is one of my greatest joys and being apart of this shoot was an absolute gift. Thank you to a fellow healer @myshellemethod for the idea and @trinacaryphotography for coordinating.

From my heart, with light
