What an amazing Texas Fine Wine Sunset Cruise! 🚢 Lake Austin was proudly showcasing its stunning natural beauty alongside a breathtaking sunset. 🌅 I had pleasure of pouring the Bending Branch Winery wines: 🌟2024 Tannat Frizzante and the 🌟2021 Bourbon Barrel Aged Tannat from Newsom Vineyards, both of which were truly exceptional. 💕 The Frizzante was a delightful pour—bright, bubbly and served chilled to perfection. 🍷The Bourbon Barrel Aged Tannat offered a cool, dark richness that paired beautifully with the sunset. Thank you to everyone who attended, including #winefriends ♥️ I particularly enjoyed meeting the Bending Branch Winery wine club members. It was a pleasure to connect; I look forward to seeing you all again soon and to check out the new tasting room. Be sure you follow @texasfinewine for all the best events and visit @bendingbranchwinery soon! #texasfinewine #bendingbranchwinery #texaswine #texaswinelover #sunsetcruise #texaswine #texashillcountry

Posted @withregram • @myvinorules Did you know, a majority of consumers still admit to choosing their wine based on the visual appearance of the label. I know it’s true, because I’m sometimes guilty of it too. For example here are a few my favorite Rosé wines I’ve tasted and sipped this Summer. These wines are wonderful and they just so happen to have a pretty or unique label art design 🌸🌹🌺🌷 🩷 I love Adelsheim’s thoughts behind their annual Artist Series. The 2023 Adelsheim Rosé of Pinot Noir. This beautifully hand-drawn illustration is called the “Artist Series” and this year created by Portland artist, Anisa Asakawa. The 2023 vintage marks the fifth in the Artist Series Rosé, and the art captures the colorful essence of the Oregon Willamette Valley. 🩷 Van Duzer Rosé 2023, the grape variety is Pinot Noir, from the Willamette Valley, Oregon.  A classic Rosé of Pinot Noir, mix of strawberry and raspberry notes on the nose and twist of citrus. Pale pink in color, and a tasty antidote to a heatwave in August. I’d say a very colorful and vibrant wine label too. 🩷 ZOE Rosé is a product of Greece! This Rosé is made with two Greek grapes, a blend of Agiorgitiko 70% and 30% Moscofilero. A burst of cherry and watermelon in your mouth, and I do love the hot pink “Tree of Life” label art.   🩷 Flor de Muga Rosé 2023, one of my Spanish favorites! 100% Garnacha. The Garnacha grape is also known as the Grenache grape, and this gorgeous Rosé wine is from Rioja, Spain. When I look at this bottle, I think of planning a special soirée, birthday bash, or Rosé all day party. 🩷 Biokult Zweigelt Rosé, is from Burgenland, Austria. This wine is made with 100% organic grapes, and the “Zweigelt” is Austria’s number one red grape variety producing Rosé, and Red wines. A fantastic Rosé wine, I enjoyed this vino with some spicy Hatch red chile enchiladas. There’s raspberry, strawberry, and a lemon peppery spice to the taste. Love the citrus freshness as well as the spicy berry combo. Pretty label too! ¡Felicidades! #PinkSociety

Posted @withregram • @myvinorules 💕A to Z Rosé! Keeping with the “Oregon wine” theme again this evening😁 💕 Having this clairvoyant feeling there will be lots of grand #Rosé in my future, especially this holiday weekend. Tomorrow is the annual “all day” Rosé tasting previewing approximately 70+ American made 🇺🇸 Rosé hosted by wine writer Dr. Jeff Kralik @thedrunkencyclist 💕Getting a head start tasting this @atozwineworks fantastic Rosé made predominantly from old vine Sangiovese grown in Southern Oregon’s cool-climate valleys, this juicy, opulent, aromatic, dry Rosé is so enjoyable during this hot Houston summer weather. 💕 Summer weather creates cravings for a thirst quenching watermelon Jolly Rancher pink grapefruit Rosé! Yay! 💕 Did you know Lantana vine bushes attract butterflies 🦋 ¡Felicidades! #PinkSociety

We had so much fun celebrating #winewednesday at @krogerbar yesterday. The sip & shop was a great way to kickoff #Winesgiving and help my wineos pick out the perfect bottle to bring home for Thanksgiving dinner. Guests also had a chance to sample @mcbridesisters Central Coast Pinot Noir and @lafetewine Rosé. I just want to thank everyone who attended, those who sent well wishes and @kristal.howard for her magic, Ms. Elaine & Kelly from @krogerco store #312 who were so hospitable and Shayna Barrett for believing in the purpose. Be sure to swing by Cork & Tap bar if you’re ever in the area. The BTG list was pretty impressive starting at $6 and it’s the only location with featured Sommelier picks. Swipe to see the 🍷🍷. We’ve got a few tickets left for Winesgiving hit the link in the bio to grab yours!!

Reposted from @myvinorules In my family, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter are often celebrated with a honey glazed ham. Of course, turkey is a favorite for Thanksgiving, but my favorite entrée for the holiday season is ham. With its sweet-and-salty richness, a holiday ham pairs best with wines that have just a slight hint of sweetness, a bit of acidity, and robust fruit flavors. I say Rosé! Ham and Rosé wines are a perfect match with all those classic flavors of strawberry, cherry, citrus and floral. Plus, Rosé #wines coordinate well for, not only ham, but pumpkin pie, and anything else you might want to devour this holiday season. Just keeping my holiday simple with @justinwine #Rosé, honey glazed ham, and pumpkin pie. Yum. Happy holidays! #PinkSociety

Posted @withregram • @myvinorules Lescalo Rosé Haute Santé ❤️ ⭐️ Lescalo Rosé is less in calories and naturally a lower in alcohol-by-volume wine. How exciting! ⭐️ A great wine for those of us counting calories every day. It’s a delicious wine to enjoy on its own, and with a few nibbles like pistachios, and walnuts. Or, paired with a wide variety of foods from grilled vegetables to spicy Mexican cuisine. ⭐️ Fall Creek Vineyards winemaking method is simple, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, and before they develop a higher sugar concentration. Honestly, the natural way to create a lower-alcohol wine. ⭐️ Lescalo #Rosé is made with a blend of Chenin Blanc and #Tempranillo grapes grown in #Texas. “These two grapes are ideal for making lower-alcohol wine because both varieties have rich fruit flavors, plenty of body, and tangy acidity to  make a lovely #wine” says Sergio Cuadra, director of winemaking at Fall Creek Vineyards 🥂 ⭐️ Haute Santé means “high health” 🙏 ¡Salud! #PinkSociety
