As humans, we are mind, body, and spirit. That’s why unless we have balance of all three, we will always feel that something is missing.

I’ve always been a really spiritual person, but lately my journey has called my attention to my mental faculties. I’ve been learning so much about how the brain works and how trauma and experiences affect the brain and body.

What I’m learning is life altering and I highly recommend that you look into the information that’s out there to give yourself a better quality of life and shift the way that you exist in this physical realm.

My latest read is a book called “Psycho Cybernetics” that paints a picture of how our thoughts create our experiences in a way that’s less “woo woo” and more logical from a psychological perspective.

I just want to note that we are living in the greatest time of human existence where science meets spirituality and gives us a more complete understanding of our existence and capabilities.

I’m truly grateful to exist in this time. Join me on this journey by clicking the link in my bio and checking out my website where you can sign up to be notified when my course all about intentionally manifesting launches. 🚀💛💫⚡️ #YourManifestingMentor #bcstarks
