Pictures made by alumnus @robinphotog are exhibited on railway stations on the Treherbert line as part of the @rhonddaartsfestival running from 10 to 12 July 2026. Robin’s project is part of a residency pilot programme developed as part of Station to Station, an ongoing collaboration between the Documentary Photography course at the University of South Wales, Transport for Wales, and Rhondda Cynon Taf Council.

Mae lluniau gan Robin Chaddah-Duke, cyn-fyfyriwr y cwrs BA (Anrh) Ffotograffiaeth Ddogfennol, yn cael eu harddangos mewn gorsafoedd trên ar linell Treherbert fel rhan o Wyl Gelfyddydau’r Rhondda, sy’n cael ei chynnal rhwng 10 a 12 Gorffennaf 2026.

Mae prosiect Robin yn rhan o raglen beilot preswyl a ddatblygwyd fel rhan
o Station to Station, cydweithrediad parhaus rhwng y cwrs Ffotograffiaeth
Ddogfennol ym Mhrifysgol De Cymru, Trafnidiaeth Cymru, a Chyngor
Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf.

‘Shaded’ is a collaborative exhibition of USW’s second year Doc Phot students, showcasing at Pontypridd Library some great works that have been developed over the past few months. We are thrilled to be linked in this exhibition to the fantastic arts festival @gwylmorfyddowenfestival celebrating the legacy in Pontypridd of composer Morfydd Owen, one of Wales’ most significant composers, who was also known for her eclectic style of wearing lampshades as hair pieces, ‘Shaded’ tells the many stories of the Pontypridd community and the women amongst it in 2024. Come and see the brilliant work with the students and the community organisations they have collaborated with at our opening night this Thursday 12th December at 6pm! At Pontypridd Library. This project led for Doc Phot by @karinbareman . Everyone welcome ! #keepingitrealist #docphot4life #photoexhibition #photocourse #photojournalism #photodocumentary @rctcouncil @uswcreative

Wedi’i hysbrydoli gan Morfydd Owen (@gwylmorfyddowen) a’i steil eclectig o wisgo cysgodlenni fel darnau gwallt, mae ‘Cysgodol’ yn adrodd hanesion niferus cymuned Pontypridd a’r merched yn ei plith.
