This is not a strip club. It just sounds like one.
Our new 15 lb weighted bars hit the menu starting next week. Custom, heavy, and in the Chefs’ hands throughout the schedule.
Same heat, heavier plate. Modifications always available. 🤎🔥

I had a great time at the @vuoriclothing in the @citadel_outlets for another free workout class! This class was a collab with @solpilatesla and led by @na_nalgas. After class, there was a private shopping hour and free acai bowls from @vigorosapress.

Learning never stops—especially when your goal is to help others move with confidence. ❤️
Behind every certification is hours of hands-on practice, learning movement, refining my cueing, and understanding how everybody moves differently.
Right now, I'm completing my hands-on Reformer Pilates training while continuing to deepen my skills in Heated Mat Pilates and combining it with my TRX Suspension Training certification.

Living with Dysautonomia, multiple sclerosis (MS), and a neuroendocrine tumor means every workout asks more from my body. Some days, it truly feels like I'm doing three workouts in one. But movement has become one of the greatest tools I have—not to chase perfection, but to preserve function.

✨ Reformer Pilates uses spring resistance to improve alignment, posture, strength, balance, and mobility while providing support that can be adapted for many ability levels.
✨ Heated Mat Pilates challenges stability, endurance, flexibility, and breath control while helping muscles move more freely. The heat isn't about "burning more calories"—it's about learning body awareness while respecting your limits.
✨ TRX Suspension Training uses your own body weight to build functional strength, core stability, balance, mobility, and coordination with endless modifications for beginners, older adults, and many chronic conditions.
As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass, balance, and mobility if we don't challenge our bodies. Gentle, low-impact movement helps maintain independence, supports healthy joints, improves posture, strengthens bones and muscles, and builds confidence in everyday life.
Having a chronic illness doesn't always mean we stop moving.

It means we learn how to move in a way that works with our body instead of against it.
As a Certified Nutrition Coach and future Pilates instructor, my mission is to meet people exactly where they are and walk side by side as they build strength, confidence, and healthier habits—one small step at a time.
Progress over perfection. Always.

Learning from the team 🔥 🌞 ❤️
