Tonight we hosted another new members night. We run these events quarterly to welcome our new members plus get them in front of our partners to educate them on the latest golf & health fitness topics. We’ve been fortunate enough to partner with some of Australia’s biggest golfing brands with the goal of providing our members a holistic solution to their golf & fitness needs.

- Paul from Pureform/Club Champion talk about the importance of club fitting, the process and the benefits
- Maya from ASN supplements spoke about the importance of protein + creatine intake for muscle growth & performance along with the best post recovery supplements
- Our amazing Yoga instructor Bianca spoke about the benefits of yoga for golfers particularly improving mobility, balance & strength which are 3 of our key pillars of training @ G4G
- Last but not least we had Sam & Nick from Golf Performance Store bring in a wide array of the best selling golf gadgets in Australia today. Members were frothing over the newest gadgets now available to golfers
Deadset a fantastic night and to top it off all G4G members who wish to purchase kit receive a 10-20% discount @ Pureform, ASN Supplements & Golf Performance Store. How good is that!

I’d like to thank our partners, members and guests for attending tonight. We’ve built the best golf fitness community in Australia today and we’re only just getting started with a number of exciting initiatives around the corner.

We 💪🏽 together, 🏌️‍♂️together and 🙏🏽 together

Here at G4G, we offer personalised 1-1 Coaching along with daily golf fitness specific classes.
Our classes are circuit style focusing on improving your STRENGTH, SPEED, BALANCE & MOBILITY.

In addition to these 4 key pillars of G4G training we also look to build your ROTATIONAL POWER & EXPLOSIVENESS that’s going to help you generate more clubhead speed & distance. Lower back pain will disappear + you will finish your rounds off feeling strong + you’ll be the envy of everyone at your golf club.

We’re big on data here. We use the latest technology including our Trackman 4 Simulator and Evolt Body Scan machine to track each member’s progress both physically and with their golf swing. Members are assessed every 90 days to track changes in:

1. Club Head Speed
2. Carry & Total Distance
3. Lean Body Mass
4. Fat Mass
5. Biological Age & BWI Score (not BMI)

Not only will you become a better golfer but your body composition is guaranteed to change (increased muscle mass/decreased fat mass). You’te going to look better, feel better and play better!

If you’re a golfer and you’re looking to hit the ball further, shoot lower scores and play pain-free, you need to come train with us. Limited spots still available!

DM us now to secure your membership to the best golfing fitness community in Australia.
