Every phase of you has been necessary

The moments of darkness

Ecstasy, joy, grief

All of it has let you to today

It’s not the destination in which you travel to

It’s who you become along the way.

Training underwater requires discipline, fearlessness, and the wisdom to surrender.

Above the water asks the same three things — it just doesn’t force you to answer them as quickly.

Trust the trainers. Trust the body. Trust the process that got you into the water in the first place.

We’ve been sharing what happens below the surface. Here’s a first look at what happens above.

The sessions come together under the leadership and guidance of @tavicastro and @yanitayancheva — two practitioners with a rare combination: the technical depth to keep you safe and the presence to push you further than you thought you could go.

Grateful to everyone in these frames for the energy, and for letting the body meet fatigue, fear, and its own edges — and finding out there’s more on the other side.

Maybe slowing down isn’t about doing less.
Maybe it’s about choosing what deserves your time.

A weekend between the jungle and the Caribbean — wellness, good food, quiet mornings, and nowhere else to be.

Tulum, at its own pace.
