We’ve watched it happen more times than we can count, and it still moves us every time.

Women arrive not knowing a single name in the room. Careful. Polite. Unsure where to sit, unsure how much of themselves to bring...

And by the end, something has shifted that’s hard to put into words.

The masks come down.
The performing stops.
What’s left is just... real.

Women who see each other, fully.
Maybe for the first time in a long time. ✨

A live conversation on what it costs to live at your edge

You reach your edge and call it normal. What’s the price of living there?

Maybe it’s the body that won’t fully relax anymore. The mind that can’t stop even when nothing’s demanding it to. The low hum of “I’m fine” that’s been running so long you forgot it’s a performance.

We’re not going to answer that for you in a caption. That’s what this hour is for.

On September 16th at 19:00 CET, Nada and I are opening up a free, live session to talk honestly about what it actually costs to live at your edge for years, and what starts to shift when a woman gets real, guided space to come back into her body instead of just pushing through it.

This isn’t a pitch. It’s a conversation about what it looks like to reconnect with yourself somatically through breath, movement, and being witnessed by other women.

We’ll also share a bit about the Liberated Woman Retreat in Croatia this October, for anyone curious about what that path can look like in practice, but you don’t need to know anything about it to show up. There will be space to ask us anything you’re sitting with before October.

If pushing through has started to feel like the only option you have, come sit with us for an hour and see if this is the conversation you’ve been needing.

Date: September 16th, 2026
Time: 19:00 CET
Where: Live online; link sent after registration
Cost: Free

Link in bio to register. We’d love to have you there.

The past month something was quietly taking shape here for October.
After a lot of planning we’re now happy to announce: The Liberated Woman Retreat id going to happen from 8–12th October on this land in Istria, Croatia.

🤍 Five days of rebirthing breathwork, to help you release what you’ve been holding.

🤍Embodied movement, to help you reclaim your sensuality and full self-expression.

🤍And the exploration of masculine and feminine polarity. Learning to move through life with both grounded strength and flowing grace.

You, your hosts Ebru & Nada and a small circle of women walking the same path.

Long tables.
Real conversations.
The kind of sisterhood that turns strangers into women who truly see you.

Thank you for these words. ✨

This is exactly why we hold this space.

For moments like this.
For someone to arrive as a stranger to herself and leave a little more home. 🤍

So many of us learned to perform for others before we even knew we were doing it.

Smiling a little brighter.
Shrinking a little smaller.
Measuring ourselves against a room we were never actually competing in.

And then something happens when that stops.

We start to be exactly the women we are.

Tired, shining, loud, joyful, messy, soft, radiant, powerful. All at once.

Nobody managing how we’re perceived.
Nobody holding back to control how we’ll be received.

What’s left, when the performing stops, is something much closer to the truth. 🤍
