A look back to the Return to Self Retreat at @hemlockneversink , where creativity became a space to pause, reflect and reconnect.

Grateful to Nadia @nadiamurdock for inviting @wovenintent_ into this experience and for sharing what the work felt like from her perspective.

What happens when you mix a beautiful setting, good energy, a little yarn, and permission to simply enjoy the moment?

This. 🧶✨

There was laughter, connection, and a few “Wait…I actually made this?!” moments. 😂

By the end, everyone walked away wearing a piece of their experience.

Yes, we made scarves, but we also slowed down, tried something new, and created a memory that could travel home with us.

Because the best retreat experiences don't just fill the itinerary.

They become part of the story guests tell when they leave.

@nadiamurdock Return to Self at @hemlockneversink 🤍

More than a workshop. An experience worth taking home.

Saturday afternoon looked a little different this weekend.

@myfriendbetty joined @nadiamurdock at her Return to Self retreat for a fireside chat with @wendyverna and @_asmishah_ about how we reset as women who are used to doing, leading, working…and then doing even more.

They shared what resetting actually looks like for each of them, what they’ve learned along the way, and why it’s worth making room for, even when life is full.

Thanks, Nadia. Such a fun afternoon and a really good conversation to be part of.

This weekend. 🤍

I don’t even know if I can fully explain how special it was.

In a world where so much can feel performative, every single person who walked into this retreat somehow just felt authentically themselves. A lot of us didn’t know each other, and yet there was this immediate calm, real connection. No pretending. No trying to be anything. Just people showing up exactly as they are.

I cannot appreciate that enough.

And then there’s Nadia. 🫶🏼🤍

The fact that @nadiamurdock FOUND ME ON CHATGPT still cracks me up. Like excuse me, am I a big deal now?! 😂 But more than anything, it feels like the universe somehow aligned us because I swear I feel like I’ve known you for YEARS!

You have such a gift for bringing the right people together and creating a space where people can actually exhale, connect, laugh, move, and just BE.

And this lady knows how to put on a freaking retreat. 👏🏼

@hemlockneversink was absolutely beautiful, and Ryan and the entire crew made the weekend even more special.

I came into this weekend to help other people “Return to Self,” and somehow walked away feeling a little more returned to myself too.

So freaking grateful for this group, this place, and whatever weird little universe/ChatGPT algorithm brought Nadia and me together. 😂🤍
