I’m thrilled to be bringing my own choreography and dancers to perform in Texture Contemporary Ballet’s upcoming performance, Texture Choreography Project this year ! This performance will take place on November 14th & 15th at the Greer Cabaret Theater at 7:30 pm. This performance is a celebration of new, original works, offering choreographers of all levels a chance to express their artistic voice. International Women’s Day (IWD) ~ a day to acknowledge the struggles that women have faced throughout history, and to celebrate their contributions to society, politics, science, art !
“Choose to Challenge”, which reflects the idea that we all have the power to challenge gender bias and inequality in our own lives and in society as a whole. Women have come a long way in terms of achieving greater social and economic equality, but there is still much work to be done. This day is celebrated with various events, rallies, and campaigns that aim to raise awareness about issues affecting women, such as unequal pay, violence against women, and lack of representation in leadership roles. A time to honor women who have made significant contributions to their communities or the world at large.

“Nadine in Cascade Park” Inferred is not always pink, it looks great in black and white as well. Actually I prefer Monochrome images myself. I’m shooting two concurrent projects “Where The Water Flows” and “A Different Kind Of Light”. Obviously, since you see Nadine and don’t see any water, I am sure you can figure out which project this is from. It was really fun working with Nadine because she is such a unique model. A very talented dancer but in this photo I pulled her a bit out of her zone.

“Nadine at Bradys Run Dam” This was the last photo of a long day of shooting with Nadine. The green trees look so different in inferred light. Nadine is not the only one in the photograph. Somewhere in the pile of rocks on the left lies a Cotton Mouth snake. As we were setting up this shot it slithered out caught a fish and slithered back in.
